Best workout I have ever had! I’ve paid gym memberships and personal trainers, but this experience is amazing! You are in and out in 30 minutes and I’ve burned around 400 calories every workout. Highly recommend for anyone since the workouts can be modified to your level.

I've been a member of 9Round in Omaha, NE for several years now. My husband and I travel quite a bit, so I have visited a lot of different 9Round locations across the country. I seriously loved this location! Both the owner and the trainer I had were fantastic. I also noticed that this was by far the cleanest location I've ever visited! Overall a great experience that I would highly recommend.

The workout is one on one! I need that encouragement! They adjust my workouts for my ability and keep it a workout. I feel stronger and healthy in just 3 weeks. It's different, not just the boring treadmill and elliptical. It's fun, hard and useful! Works every part of your body. Cheap! Unlimited trainers for one low price. Plus no contracts! Love it!

This is my favorite gym I've ever been to. As a busy mom, my schedule changes all the time. It is awesome to be able to pop into 9Round whenever it fits my schedule and just start working out when I arrive! Joe is always super motivating and full of information to help keep me headed towards my health goals. I look forward to my workouts every day!!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! (I just got the heart rate monitor and am super obsessed with watching my levels as I workout)
