A tree limb broke a large window. The owner was out quickly and provided a reasonable cost estimate. He, his office support team, and the installers were all most professional and quite helpful in every interaction; following up quickly when I had an inquiry. Having a trusted source, a company with a great reputation and prompt service and quality products is most important to me and I would highly recommend!

We have used them in the past, but after this experience, I would never recommend them. Brief outline: we ordered custom windows on 6/10 and by 6/30, we still had no information/quote/contract from AM Richards. Response/turnaround time is unacceptable. Full details: We had been working with someone regarding quotes/information on custom windows for our house. A quote took approximately 1 week (which seems excessive to start, but ok). When I finally had measurements for the windows needed, we sent an email (per staff request) to order them items. Email was sent on June 10, 2021 (Thursday), but no confirmation/response received. I called on June 15th (Tues) and was told email was received, but they had not been able to place order yet, but they would place order by Friday. No response/confirmation received again, so I called on 6/21 (Mon) and was told the person I had been working with was on vacation all week, but she assured me that she would get me a contract and order the items within 1-2 days, No confirmation received again, so I called back on 6/25 (Frid) to check status. The lady said she had some questions on order and she had to wait for the person on vacation to return before she could finalize the order. She PROMISED (Yes, she used that term) this would be taken care of and ordered on Monday the 28th. On Tuesday the 29th, we received email regarding questions on type of glass (which could've been answered at any time by us), we responded immediately and never heard back with a quote/contract/confirmation of anything. I finally called another company (Spectrum Glass) and had a quote within the hour, but wanted to give AM Richards 24 hours to see if they would at least send us a quote. I received nothing, so on 6/30, I ordered the windows from Spectrum and had confirmation and updates on delivery within the hour.

They gave me an estimated and I signed the documents and sent it back, but no one contacted me. A week later, I called and they said we have your paperwork and it has not been processed yet. A month went by and no phone call. I contacted them again and they said the glass that I requested have been sitting in the warehouse for 2 weeks. No one never called me after they did the qoute again. I view their work and their quality of installment was messy and they left the trash in my front yard.
