We've had AM Richards replace windows in our home several times over the last 3 years. Everyone we have dealt with from measurement (Doug/Steven) to install (Brendan and crew) has been professional and pleasant to work with. Jill and Loretta in the office were efficient and friendly too. I love that this is a local and family owned company and they care about doing a great job for the customer. There were some supply issues with Andersen windows, but AM Richards made sure that everything was satisfactory. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure everything was right. I have just 4 more windows that may need replacement in the future. We will definitely work with them again.

Doug came out to give us an estimate. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable about our situation and our Anderson windows. Would definitely recommend if you have Anderson windows that need repaired or replaced.

What an outstanding company! Doug came out quickly and was able to identify and address the issue we were having with our windows. Definitely will continue to use A.M. Richards Glass in the future for our repairs and replacement needs!

Doug was on time, professional, and knowledgeable about our Anderson slider and window issues. Quick resolution. Will definitely use A.M. Richards Glass Co if I ever have any more issues. Highly recommended.

Doug was absolutely amazing. He came out to check the chalking on our window for winter. He was very honest and told us that it was okay. We greatly appreciated his honestly and not selling us something we don’t need. Highly recommend as they are trustworthy!
