If you appreciate thoroughness and timeliness, I highly recommend that you give Derek at A-Pro a call when you're in need of a home inspection. Despite the complexities of an out-of-state home purchase, and making an offer over a holiday weekend, Derek seemlessly coordinated an inspection time that was convenient for us, and ensured that all of the supplementary inspectors were onsite at that time to speak to us in person. When I thought of things after the inspections were complete, Derek was quick to call me back and answer those questions. His attention to detail and additional notes in the home inspection report will be appreciated and useful for years to come as we settle into and make improvements to our forever home. Well worth the expense!

As a first time home buyer, I need all the help and guidance possible to ensure I'm making a good decision when purchasing my home. Derek was readily available to talk to me about scheduling an appointment, and was awesome for being able to order all the services that I needed. We asked Derek to complete a seller's inspection on our home before we listed. We was very thorough and informative and I appreciated his insight and suggestions on handling what he thought was important to take care of. We have lived in our house for many years, and I learned some things I did not know before. I feel confident our house will be ready to sell.
