Derek was very professional, detailed, and responsive. He walked me through the house and showed me the items that required attention and took the time to answer all of my questions. Also, he did not waste my time with unnecessary information or product information. He was efficient as well as thorough. After Derek's inspection, I felt confident about my house purchase!

We hired Derek to perform an inspection on a home we were purchasing. Derek was very professional, friendly, and informative. His work was very detailed, and he answered all of our questions and concerns. He even gave us some tips on what repairs our home would need in the future. Derek did a very thorough job, my husband and I could not be more pleased.$$ pricing was more affordable compared to what other companies were asking.

Derek was incredible! We had a short inspection window once our offer was accepted and he definitely delivered. His report was so thorough and easy to understand. I loved how he had different categories like observations, suggestions for improvements, and recommendations for immediate repairs. He was so friendly, available for discussion, and did not at all have a pushy, sales approach to our transactions. I chose him based off his many positive Google reviews, and he did not disappoint. Derek was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From the first phone call I made, he answered promptly and professionally, gave me lots of good information about Radon testing that I never knew, and was flexible and swift with getting us scheduled. Everything went exactly as Derek said it would; there were no surprises! He communicated with me at every turn, and arrived on-time for our scheduled appointments. Derek was amazing! He walked me through what he was doing. I pointed a couple of things out to him and he imeediately stopped to check them out and put my mind at ease. Derek represents his company very well and I will be using A-Pro again. I would recommend A-Pro to anyone and everyone who needs a home inspector. He was by far the most reasonable.
