The compressor on my LG refrigerator went out. Still under warranty. Contacted LG and they had AAA Home Services order the part. Jay the technician came out and didn't even bother pulling the refrigerator out to fix it. Jay told me that the wrong part had been ordered and that they would order the correct part and would be in later in the week or early next week. I called LG today to find out when the part would be in to fix my refrigerator only to find out that Jay had lied to me and to AAA and to LG. He lied and said he couldn't pull the refrigerator out because part of the floor is missing. No it isn't. He just didn't want to do the work. He is a liar and has no business working for the company. LG has assigned another company to fix my not even 2 year old refrigerator. If AAA employes liars for their company they should be put out of business. If Jay would have bothered to say something to me about the floor I would have told him about the floor. He assumed their were holes in the floor. There are no holes in the floor. Every part of the floor is there. There is a small weak spot in front of the sink and the board that is on that area is there to cover it plus give me a little more height when i am cooking. Another company took the order and had the part overnight shipped. It was in the next day and the repairman got it fixed the next day. I am very happy that another company got the money from LG to fix my refrigerator.

Tyler did a great job explaining the why’s and estimates. He also was quick and efficient. We will definitely use this company again. I feel their prices were reasonable comparing to market value labor charges.

So this week, my wife called me and advised me that our refrigerator had basically taken a dump. I'm a long-haul truck driver so I called a repair service to come out and look at our refrigerator after I had contacted the manufacturer. I was directed to contact AAA Appliance located in St Peters. My wife who works from home, and who is also disabled, was at home when the technician Jon M came to do the assessment and repair. Not only did he do neither of those things, but he was so incredibly rude and disrespectful to my wife that when I walked in the door and she explained all of this to me and what was said to her, I literally hit the roof. I looked out to see if he was still in our driveway but he had made a fast getaway. Based on the absolute disrespectful and rude comments he made to my wife, had I been there, he'd be on his way to the hospital right now. If you're looking for an appliance repair place I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND AAA APPLIANCE! If you do use them, talk to Miss Jess, who was very sweet and understanding when I called back. Do not under any circumstances allow Jon M in your home. I will never use this service ever again. He was so very rude and disrespectful and inept in every way.

I would recommend AAA. Our technician Andrew called and was able to come early and he was very courteous and professional. Most of all he fixed our dryer in a timely manner. I’ll never call Sears again! Sears cancelled on us at the last minute, and they were very unprofessional about it.

I would absolutely use AAA again. Justin was a phenomenal technician. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. If he is your technician, rest assured he will get you taken care of.
