AAA Home Services is fantastic ! Adam gave a thorough and accurate diagnosis of the problem with our stove. He ordered the parts and scheduled a return time. Adam was able to get to our repair quicker than anticipated and did a great job. He shared with us that AAA Home Services has a maintenance plan that we chose to purchase as well. Adam was fantastic. Professional, informative, and thorough. He answered our questions. He arrived on time. We are very pleased with our experience with AAA Appliance. Our warranty company set us up with another company who set up an appointment over a week out. They confirmed the appointment and then the technician was a no call no show. I called in to reschedule and was told I would be at the back of the line even though it was their fault. I called our warranty company who scheduled AAA Appliance. Hands down better customer service and overall service. Highly recommend.

Justin showed up looked at my appliance told me everything that it needed, water valve, replacement parts, and 95.00 fee for showing up which took him more time filling out paperwork than it did looking at my repair problem. Was told he didn't do plumbing, and thst the service show up fee is good for 90 days. He then put his only tool he used "a flashlight" back into his bag and headed back to his car. My issue is I told AAA all these issues over the phone when I made a service call in the first place. I expected a technician that would actually replace and fix issues I had, not a bill and another service call! Save your time and call another repair service co. Saw your reply to this post. It's been 5 days later, and I had repairs done. The valve issue was fine. Sure, it could be upgraded per specifications. Not needed works fine, thanks. The refrigerator also needed a temperature control modulator, which caused the ice maker to freeze the water lines. frigidaire 291798231 ice maker at about "50.00 usd" amazon. Water line replacement about "10.00 usd" a "35.00 usd" temperature mod, all pretty simple replace and plug in parts. Was able to get it running like new. For a little less than your "evaluation visit..." Let me be clear this wasn't about cost. So, as much as I appreciate the offer. It was about convenience, and I was expecting services on a service appointment... i even said I have the time today. Whatever you can get done will be great. Maybe Justin had plans after his shift, and handling my call was going to take some more than was expecting 🤔 just a thought.

John did a good job on our dishwasher. He replaced the soap and rinse aid dispenser. He was prompt and pleasant and explained everything along the way.

Brad W provided excellent, and extremely thorough service. He even found a previous issue and made sure to fix the root of the problem for good in our dryer. He was also very communicative and courteous. Very happy with the service
