They gave me great customer service. They kept me informed the entire time my car was being serviced. They worked with my warranty company and helped me understand the process. Dorian helped me get a rental through my warranty company while I was waiting. They have earned my business for life! Can not recommend them enough!!!

Respectfully my car will Not be serviced by them again. I gave 3 stars for the accountability from the manager. Long story short, I had an issue with my heating that they diagnosed as my actuator. They took 2.5 hours to diagnose and “fix” the issue which I have no issue with. The problem started when I paid the 200 total and left only to find out that the heater was stuck on, on full blast regardless of turning the fan or temperature down. So I called and told the manager it was having more issues and he let me know it was under warranty and to come back and they’d take a look. It was after I’d gotten back that I noticed DUCT TAPE of all things on the panel under my steering wheel. (For those who may not know the HAVC system is under interior paneling held on by panel clips that are extremely easy to break.) I said something to the mechanic who originally serviced my vehicle and he said he couldn’t do anything else about it because he didn’t have the parts to repair it so I was just SOL. I asked the manager and he disagreed and ordered a part to replace it. I was not angry that the panel was broken it was that the mechanic taped it and didn’t tell me or his manager about it hoping we wouldn’t notice until it was too late. After asking the manager to order the part, he went into the employees only and I assume by accident left the door cracked to where I could here the mechanic say “The AC is working fine did SHE even push the button.” At that point I just left and waited for my panel to come in to get replaced. Then noticed that the heating system was no longer working AT ALL. I requested they take another look when I brought it back for the panel repair. After doing so they told me they don’t have any idea what this issue is and would have to take the entire dash board out because it COULD be my heater core totaling 990 dollars in just labor charges. I understand you don’t always know what the issue is but right now I’m out 200 dollars had a terrible experience and still do not have a working heating system. I understand it’s not common for women to be educated in mechanics so I’m used to things like this but that mechanic just took the cake for the more disrespectful person I’d ever had the displeasure of being serviced by.

I was stranded and my car wouldn't start but the manager came all the way out just to give me a jump. At the shop they replaced my alternator and I was in an out quickly. Dorien was outstanding and completely saved my day thank you!!!

I was driving from Tennessee to Colorado and my check engine light began flashing and my car started cutting out. I called AAMCO to have the car checked over. To begin with, Dorien came to the place where my car was and picked me up, so I could wait at AAMCO instead of waiting at the location my car stopped at until a tow driver could come get my car. Nobody ever wants to break down while on a trip, but this was the best possible place for this to happen. Once my car was towed in, Dorien and the mechanic that worked on my car immediately did the troubleshooting to get the repairs done quickly to get me back on the road headed to Colorado. I had called a few other places and was very stressed and didn't make much headway, but Dorien was so understanding and made every effort to make sure that everything was taken care of. He was amazing! You do not find men like this often that will go above and beyond to help a customer passing through the state. When a person gives the same customer service to a person that will probably not be back, but I saw him give that same excellent service to the customers that came in for work as well. AAMCO benefits greatly from having Dorien and the mechanics at the shop! Heidi Wilhelm, Nashville, Tennessee
