I used to like this location, Over the years I have purchased multiple TV's, tv stand, Washer/dryer's, a leather sectional living room set, a ride on mower and many other things. I have given this company a lot of my business. Recently with this most recent lease I have been treated like a second class citizen! When I first walked into the store and waited 15 minutes for an employee to walk out of the office he was rude. He said that isn't allowed in my store. I asked what he was talking about and he said my fire arm. I apologized and said I would leave, I didn't not see any labels on the store saying no firearms. That employee the accounts manager stopped me from walking out and said it isn't because of a stores policy it is just my personal belief.... I was more then willing to walk away and go to another store but he said he didn't want to loose the sale it was fine. I went ahead filled out my probably 20th lease with Aarons. My first payment was supposed to be free but he had me pay it up front in the store... I just sucked it up and got over it. Then he told me Aarons would take one payment off my lease price. Ya that didn't happen... Now here we are two month into the lease my due date was the 18th and I got a call from Aarons 1st thing in the morning demanding payment I told the accounts managers I would call back later that day and pay. A few hours later he calls me again. this time he was extremely rude as I had asked if I could push the my payment out a week. He told me I was already take. I was not my agreement says the 18th that was my due date I choose to pay early that is on me. I told him what day I could make the payment and the representative told me we will come get the stuff right now then! What horrible customer service. I got the money that same day. I went to pay that day but my complaint with the regional manager was received and I was dealing with them and the store manager. Sunday I called to issue a payment and no body ever answered. I called this Monday morning to issue the payment the store manager answered and she was JUST as rude and disrespectful as the accounts manager. She demanded I put a card down on file for Aarons to charge at their convince. This is NOT okay, I manage my accounts I do not trust this store or the company at all now. the employee's follow their own beliefs, they do what they want and do not care about Aarons policies, They lie, and they manipulate. If you do not make your payment by 10am on the due date they will call you. They will treat you less then human and you will be treated as a second class citizen! Go down the road the RAC or Ashley they both do lease to own! Buyers Beware!!!!
For their products they charge way too much they took away my computer because I owed a whole 10 dollars on it that I was to pay don’t recommend Aaron’s.
They always trying to setup ezpay even after telling them that you decline that option they snuck it back on there without our approval so the can offset the account to get more money out of you and also saying in the near future the only option is ezpay to pay new accounts and current accounts who ever heard of one way of paying bills they must think we were born yesterday I keep on telling them I like to pay online and that's when you hear a mountain of excuses and we are excellent customers they say that but still treat us like they had to chase us for payment.
