Worst customer service ever. First I called and was put on hold for 8mins . Then the gentleman answered and I asked him if I can order the items for my job and have the company pay for it over the phone. He then placed me on another hold for 8mins to get a response from his DM . The DM pick up the phone and said yes and to go online and apply first. Which I did , and called back and spoke to the gentleman. He then asked for a 1 year plan or 2 year plan . I responded “I only need it for one month “ then he said okay it’ll be $67 or $66 a month . I said either is fine, which then he sends me a code to confirm contract. Which was $87 and not anywhere near $66-67. (You can tell he was untrained) I spoke and said how did it go from $66-67 to $87 and that’s when the DM (female) jumps into the conversation on speaker and said you didn’t say 1yr or 24months so we choose one. I said “I said 1 month and $66 or $67 payment was fine” . She said I’m asking to much questions and that all I have to do is listen (she said it arrogantly and rudely). At that moment I said
“Mrs it’s not wrong as a customer for me to ask questions and it’s wrong to be told not to ask questions whenever I have a question especially when your employee got information wrong. I understand you get lots of questions daily , but there’s no need to be rude to me the customer”
They put me on hold and then said they have to redo the contract and that the DM (the lady that was there ) had to reset it but had to leave as she was going to help another customer. After all this nonsense and unnecessary stress and unprofessionalism from staff I said “I’m okay I don’t want your service and good luck” and hang up. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. Wasted over 50 mins on phone and online with them today. I always use Rent-A-Center but the item I needed was unavailable, so I had to look elsewhere. I have the Rent-A-Center store manager phone number who is very helpful and kind. Even sends kind gesture text before and after pick ups. Highly recommend. Thanks

The new staff is horrible!! Ive been a Aarons customer for years. And have used this location in the past. The previous GM they had was great. Now the entire staff is rude and unprofessional. I placed a order the end of March online. The items were delivered to the store. They called me one time. I tried to return the call for about a week. I finally got a hold to someone. All i needed to do was schedule my delivery. She told me she can’t help me i need to call back. So i tried to call again. No answer no call back. Then they called me for my payment that was due for items i never received. I told the lady on the phone i didn’t receive my items yet. I was told she would call me back she had to find the person to help with that. Couple days later I got a call from her saying someone was going to call me back. I told her to have them leave me a voicemail because of my work hours and that someone was always home they could just set up the delivery and let me know. She told me they can bring it to the house and i would have to take it off the truck. I don’t know what kind of customer service standards Aarons has anymore but this surely isnt the way it has been in the past. Now I’m getting letters about catching up on my payments. Still with no items. Then just received an email that I returned them. From reading the other reviews. There is clearly an issue with the staffing at this location. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get what i needed.

I have gotten things from them in the past. Really no problems ánd when I did it ŵas resolved immediately with District manager. Now days they are very unprofessional, very disappointed with the service I am receiving. The threats are unbelievable. They don't want your business. They have went down. You tell them a date they get made and tell you because you aren't on auto pay they will pick your items up. I get paid a certain day of the month there excuse is I can't pay on that date. I have to pay on the 1st. The mattress is way over priced. Aarons has really disappointed me this time around. Customer service is rude. Store needs to be revamped

Incompetent, deceptive and unprofessional!! If I had the option I would give this company no stars. They came to my house unannounced to take the bed and tools back. So after I came home from a long days work. I made a call, they said I incurred late fees. Turns out that the reason I did not receive a phone call to avoid said late fees is because they did not enter my number in their system properly. That is not my fault and when I made a bridge payment the person I was on the phone with said they would work on waiving the late fees as it was due to their incompetence. However today my domestic partner called them regarding our account and the manager Sharanda(?) Johnson was less than understanding and belittled my domestic partner. No fees were waived at all even though the fees were their fault. Kept giving us the runaround and treating us like we were “white trash” people that don’t pay their bills. Threatening to call police on us for “stealing leased property” when we requested her supervisor she refused to give us the information and refused to give us corporate’s number either. Look elsewhere folks. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. Do better Aaron’s! Get it together!
