I have been taking song writing classes from Adam Beck for around four years and it is one of the best parts of my week. Adam is an extraordinary teacher -- so knowledgeable about all aspects of music creation, theory, production and marketing, a phenomenal guitarist and such a warm, patient, kind and charismatic instructor. When I started taking lessons from him, I was very new to the field and experimenting with different types of musical styles while also trying to learn how to create memorable and moving songs and also learning to sing. With Adam, I never felt self conscious trying something new or sharing my songs with him. He was always supportive, had great comments and suggestions and appreciates music in all styles and genres. Adam knows what it takes to make a memorable, crowd appealing song and that one doesn't need to stick with only limited styles to achieve success. He provides me with guidance and helpful suggestion concerning song structure, word choice and musicality, but he doesn't try to convert my style and he doesn't try to change my vision. If you are lucky enough to take lessons from Adam, you will not only enjoy and highly value your time with him, you will see your interest in music and your creative ability soar higher than you thought possible.

We love Adam!! My 7 year old has been taking guitar lessons and is part of his student band for about 9 months. He is amazing!! He is extremely gifted at tuning into the music my son loves to play and finding ways to simplify it just enough for him to learn. He is endlessly patient and calm when working with young kids who are easily distracted . Adam also has a great sense of fun. Patrick doesn't event realize he's "learning" because he is having such a great time and my husband and I are blown away by how quickly he is advancing! Often times, he plays his guitar all the way home in the car and refuses to put it away at bedtime when Adam has found yet another great riff or song for him to learn that he's crazy about. In lessons, he is always interested in what Patrick is listening too and wants to learn. With the teacher he had before Adam, Patrick had lost all joy in playing and was wanting to quit. We are so grateful to have found him. He is exceptional!! I really believe the key to learning anything in life is a brilliant, gifted and creative teacher. Adam is all of this... Every time I hear my son play and the joy and confidence he's building, I thank God for Adam again...

I have been taking piano and song writing for approximately 6 months with Adam Beck. He is such a pleasure to work with. He is very talented and extremely patient. Not only is he a great musician, he is an amazing teacher! Also, Adam is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly. I look forward to my lessons! I could not ask for a better teacher and mentor!

I am so thrilled that I found Adam as a guitar teacher! After playing guitar throughout most of high school by teaching myself, I put it down for a few years because of the workload of college and a new job. I really missed playing, so I decided to take some real guitar lessons this time in hope to get back to playing the guitar with purpose. Reaching out to Adam was exactly what I needed! Adam is a patient and knowledgable teacher, and a remarkable musician! I can't believe how much of a difference I have already seen in my playing and wish I would have taken lessons much sooner! I highly recommend Adam as a guitar teacher to anyone wanting to learn!

If you need someone who knows music theory like the back of their hand this is the guy for you. If you want someone who is an amazing player this is the guy for you. If you want someone who knows the productions side of music this is the guy for you. I've been taking lessons with Adam for multiple years now for bass guitar and guitar. He has helped me tremendously and has helped me become a better player than I eve thought I could. He has always been able to answer all of my questions whether it's about songwriting, production, or theory. If there is a teacher I recommend he is definitely the one.
