My kiddo loved it. First Time visiting A.D. everyone made my child comfortable and aware of what tools were being used in a fun and educational way. The front office was informative, speedy, and very helpful. The paperwork prior our first visit was done electronically and our next visit was scheduled before we left.

We always receive such awesome care and customer service. Thank you for all you do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for pediatric dentistry. My children, nephews, nieces, and grandchildren come here and we always get a little tough love when we need it and great praise for when we follow through with their medical advice. It takes a village ❤️

So far the practice itself including the dentist (Dr. Vicky) seems wonderful, but the administrative side is severely lacking. Perhaps the people they deal with on a general basis are ok with being talked to like children, but we aren't. For example, when you are trying to get confirmation for an appointment, don't leave a deceptive voicemail to get a return call for this confirmation, especially after it was already confirmed by text. The voicemail left said "we need to speak with you regarding something important before your visit tomorrow" and when I called, the receptionist said, "We just need to confirm your appointment." The next example is that, when scheduling a procedure, the gal setting it up said "Dad can stay home with the baby while you wait in the waiting room for your child." I think my husband and I can determine how to best manage the situation as far as who stays with our son and whether or not our infant is with us while we wait. Just a lot of condescension that isn't really necessary.

My found out in March during a checkup that he had seven cavities that needed to be filled. I asked for the first available appointment and they said their first available wasn't until July. I asked to be put on a waiting list for any cancellation between March and July but we went ahead and took the July appointment. Jump ahead to July we're in there to get his cavities filled and after about an hour my son and the nurse come out and say he has to come back and get the rest of his cavities filled. I asked why were they not filled at this appointment and they said they ran out of time that they're next available appointment isn't until December. I asked if they knew it was going to take long why didn't they scheduled two appointments in March when they scheduled this appointment and they said they don't schedule two appointments at the same time I said you scheduled a cleaning and a filling in March for two different days why couldn't you do this and they said that's a different kind of appointment. So now my kid has to come back to get fillings filled in December from March of this year but he's got a cleaning in October so if any cavities are found in October I'm guessing those won't be filled until next year? Aren't cavities supposed to be pretty serious I need to be addressed right away? This is ridiculous that you have to wait almost a year to get cavities filled on a child and his teeth are hurting out from the feelings they just did. Also in reading through some of these complaints about oral surgery my daughter needs oral surgery and we were referred to an orthodontist for second opinion who said yes she needs oral surgery to bring her back to this office and have them schedule it I was told that this office doesn't do oral surgery and that I had to schedule it on my own! So now my daughter needs an oral surgery and we're going to have to go to a different location in St Louis. Very frustrated PLEASE read reviews before using this practice. I wouldn't give him any stars but that's not an option.

We absolutely love accent dental. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dental hygienists to the Dentists themselves, our last appointment we had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Todd who is the owner of the practice and he was so wonderful. Our daughter was going under anesthesia and he made us feel so comfortable. We so fortunate to have found Accent
