Was looking for a new salon, booked and ordered groupon. Arrived and mentioned groupon and the receptionist told me my stylist didn't honor it. I was confused and when I asked her to clarify, the response was that she asked me when I booked (she didn't) and that I should know better when booking with groupon (nothing listed in the groupon indicated restrictions with stylists) and further that my stylist had all the clients she needed (wow). I started to leave at this point, but needed a cut. Y'all it was the first cut since quarantine! Cut was beautiful and color was nice, but when I checked out the receptionist told me she was sorry if I thought she head an attitude... because she didn't... I'm done. I acknowledged her (bc I'm not rude), tipped (not the stylists fault) and left. Shame customer service and client experience is not valued at the front desk as much as it was with the stylist.

I purchased a Groupon for myself and my daughter. This was my daughter's first time getting her hair highlighted. As noted, purchased Groupons not knowing we were going to have to pay an extra 100 bucks forher and extra 50 for me. The worst part is Taylor obviously is not a trained professional and did not know what she was doing. She left the bleach in too long and turned her hair bright orange and my daughter's hair started braking off. She got it redone by another stylist which couldn't undo the damage already done. My daughter's hair fell out by the handfull and now her hair is a total mess. The Groupon is not worth it. You will end up spending more and end up with a nightmare!
Absolutely love this salon. The beautiful ladies that work here are absolutely great, very friendly, the atmosphere in this salon is beyond words. I will never go anywhere else and definitely highly recommend this salon. I definitely give this salon and these ladies 20 ⭐. Prices are great.
Purchased a Groupon apparently company doesn't feel that they should update through Groupon to auto deny purchase should not allow to buy Groupon should say maximum purchased exceeded I ussually surprise my wife with a hair package was browsing through salons didn't recognize we had purchased she had went over two years ago It allowed me to purchase but then they wouldn't honor it Now she said last time she went to that location over 2 years ago they cut her hair crooked and remembered it once she saw exact salon Update eventually after multiple calls they did say they would honor it But soured out the way they handled and my wife realized that she got a bad cut prior so I guess worked out . Be warned 1 Groupon and won't restrict you have to wait 3 days for refund
