I have been going there for about 2 and 1/2 years. Dr Meek is a great caring doctor. Great communication, friendliness, caring and everything in between. I also see Leslie Simpson in between times when I see Dr Meek. She is a wonderful doctor also. They have helped me so much. I am being treated for back problems. The staff are great too I like going in there because I see a lot of smiles. Highly recommend

Been going there quite awhile now. I was skeptical at first due to Dr Meek wanting to do shots which I’d already had done elsewhere a few times to no avail. I had said they didn’t help & why should I repeat what didn’t do me any good, plus were very painful. I finally agreed to try & am glad I did now. In my case, maybe it just took time & Dr Meeks expertise. Dr Leslie has been very helpful also. All staff have been kind & helpful. I highly recommend!

Previous patient of AB&J for a different issue, care and results were great. When my PCP referred me to Dr Glisson I was eager to see her. Fist meeting was as I had hoped, diagnosis was not but I will trust Dr G and follow her advise.

Would not recommend. I believe the surgery went ok, but everything else has been a mess. Miscommunications from the start. The doctor did not read my MRI until he walked in the room at my appointment where we were supposed to discuss results (which I took off work for) and he told me he was the wrong doctor to talk to me, and walked out, sending in a nurse to book another appointment (which they expected me to pay for and take off work for, they finally credited me the copay for that appointment after I fussed about it, still had to take off work twice). Then at that appointment, they sent in a nurse or doctor in training (instead of the trained doctor who would be doing my surgery, which was supposed to be who I met with the first time). She didn't seem to know much yet and did not seem confident in anything she said. This should have been a huge red flag to me but I just wanted to get this done with. She then tried to schedule yet another appointment, which I declined as she couldn’t explain to me why we needed to keep having appointments to “talk about surgery”. Surgery seemed to go fine. The follow up visits have been a joke, meeting with the doctor in training (she is so nice, I hate to complain, but she is obviously new and is not giving much value to me taking off work for these appointments, I only go to refill my PT referral). Then the shocker comes: I asked them multiple times BEFORE the surgery for a "good faith estimate". Both times, all they said was I need to call the surgery center (a different organization), which I did and they gave me an estimate, which was 100% accurate for the surgery center's fees. HOWEVER, they left out telling me they would have their own fees, which were way more than I was expecting. THIS IS WHY I ASKED HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE BEFORE SURGERY. I don't like that they purposely concealed $1,500 in fees when I openly asked them before surgery. I'm curious to hear if they want to take ownership of that or if they will expect me to cover for their mistake. If you use them for care, get everything in writing, document phone calls and who you talked to. Edit to add: within 8 hours of posting this review, they hit my credit card for the $1,500. I still have not gotten a statement for this amount yet to see exactly what it is for. I went back in my email and found an email from 3 days ago in my spam folder saying they would charge my card today for that amount, but there was no information attached to that email about the details of the charges. Seems pretty sketchy.

The nurse practitioner was great. However, the staff for follow up was awful. I came in on crutches and everyone looked at me like I was an Alien. If you are a person of color, do not go to this location. I was given the worst discharge and aftercare experience of my life.
