Jane is very nice and knowledgeable. She is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. She has helped me and my family with our taxes for a few years. Her office stuff is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them.

*** Update: Jane called and apologize. She was very sincere. She even refunded us for the mistake. She didn’t have to do all that but she wanted to make it right. We have let them do our taxes for 2 years now. First year, they made a mistake by putting my husband as my dependent and didn’t notify us they made a mistake until I called asking about our refund. They were busy, so I assumed it was an honest mistake. So we gave them a second chance this year. And they did the same mistake AGAIN! Then I just called to get an update about my refund and I found out they put us down for a check and not direct deposit. I told them we did direct deposit last year so why would it be different this year. She said “oh, our system updated and must have not carried your information through”. I asked then why was that not brought to our attention when we picked up our taxes and she goes….it was stated in there. Not impressed at all. We will be going somewhere different next year.

So I just called this place of business to inquire about 3 years of back taxes. The woman that answered the phone was very nice. During our phone call she asked me to hold on. I did so. And yes she did return back to the phone to apologize for putting me on hold. Then I asked a serious question. She asked me to hold on. At this point someone else got on the phone. She started asking questions. (Never introduced herself or told me who she was) I simply said mam I was on the phone with someone else there. She replied snaughty saying that that was her assistant. Then informed me that they weren’t taking anybody. Which obviously was a lie. The 1st girl was eager to help. And then I asked if that was the case then why didn’t her assistant tell me right away. I got hung up on. I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with someone like that. I will be getting a hold of the BBB as well. I guess I’ll find someone else that’s eager to help and wants my money. Overall just not a good 1st impression and it has left me upset.

This has been a hard tax season for most. We filed our taxes Jan 24 and found out we had a hold on our taxes bc we missed a form. I tried doing it myself and couldn't. I called about 20 tax services and NOBODY would help us. I called here and she let us come in today last minute and filled out the form AND faxed it in. She's so amazing and will definitely switch to her tax services from now on. If I had 10 thumbs they would all be up. Great service, print and professional. Thank you SO much!

Do Not Recommend. Agreed to do our estate tax return in Oct and then upon receiving the information the next day, she has not responded to our follow up calls, emails, visits in over 4 months. Very unprofessional.
