Very unprofessional I took a check that was issued from there credit union to be cashed for my business I had proper identification Ein number And other documents to verify it was my company The teller checked with the manager He pulled her to the back and told her not to do it. Wouldn’t look at documents Would not even attempt to call to verify Zero effort at all was giving

As soon covid over I'll be in to close my accounts, just don't offer services at a timely manner like other institutions. Customer service is a joke, treat you like you are bothering them when calling about the account. (CHRIS) Rude not helpful nor didn't want too.
