I was referred to Alltru from my dad and I’m so happy I switched to them! They help you build your credit and have extra ways to help you save money. When I opened my account Jennifer explained everything to me so I knew what all was included and how everything worked. I’m so happy I switched to them as my bank!

I am so happy that I found a Credit Union with people who have such professionalism .The service is absolutely top tier. I have begun to achieve my financial goals and I didn't think that achieving my financial goals was possible until I opened a account at Alltru Credit Union.

Alltru took over a credit union I had banked with for 30 years. It has been nothing but frustrating. The amount of time transacting are showing as pending for is unbelievable. These pending transaction are not calculated properly to the available balance. Making balancing my check book look more like it did in the 1990s before the convenance of apps. Also I have had several issues with this credit union charging over draft fees of $29.95 each for these pending transaction while I have deposits also pending that will more than cover all pending transactions. They advertise that you can have two overdraft fees removed every year. This sounds good, but it is not when that are charging over draft fees on pending transactions while your paycheck is also pending for deposit. It will be very frustrating to have to change everything that I have had set up for the last 30 years to a new bank but I can not afford to continue to bank with Alltru.

My experience was totally opposite from the others here. I cannot pay my loan payment without calling and getting the run around, and having to pay an $8 convenience fee. They won't take a payment online from my Bank of America account. All in all I'm disappointed with the service as well. When i called 3 different extensions to get help each person told me "they don't do that and gave me the previous #.

Working on loans with Alltru Credit has been the best experience I have ever had during a loan process. This teams rocks! Rachel was so much help and made the process so straight forward. I doubt I will ever choose to do business anywhere else. Thank you Alltru team!!!
