I love the care and service I get at Alltru. While most of my time is at the Wentzville Branch they all are wonderful. Major shoutout to Tracy, Michael and Prov at the Wentzville one. They really go out of their way to treat you like family!

Rachel has exceeded my expectations for a Loan Officer. Very friendly, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, etc. I have had to speak with a few others, Ashley, for example, and everyone is beyond great! Awesome CU to use and highly recommend!!!

BEWARE – Worst Bank Experience Ever! If I could give zero stars, I would. Alltru Credit Union is by far the most incompetent financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. They randomly locked my card without any notice, leaving me stranded and unable to access MY OWN MONEY. No email, no text, no call—just a declined transaction and the frustration of figuring it out myself. When I called customer service, I was met with untrained, clueless representatives who had NO IDEA why my card was locked or how to fix it. I was transferred multiple times, put on hold forever, and given different answers by every person I spoke to. It was clear they were reading from a script and had no real knowledge of how to help. The worst part? Even after supposedly unlocking my card, it was still declined at multiple places. I had to call AGAIN, and surprise—no one knew what was going on! This is unacceptable for a financial institution. People rely on their bank to handle their money competently, and Alltru has proven they are completely unreliable and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this place. The stress and frustration they put me through are not worth it. There are plenty of other banks and credit unions that actually care about their customers—Alltru is NOT one of them.

I have been a member for over 10 years, and have never had a bad experience. If you need a personal banker ask for Nancy Tate at the Wentzville branch, she is the best, she is amazing and very understanding to your needs . 10 +

This credit union started out as the Aerospace Credit Unit on N. Lindbergh Ave. in Hazelwood. I became a member in approximately 1999 and have been there ever since. It's simply the best banking system I've ever used. The on-line system is especially good -- it's easy to use, well-designed, and not overly complicated like the apps that most banks have. I have never had a bad experience at this credit union -- I doubt that I will ever leave. Highly recommended!
