I have been a member of this credit union for a very long time well before the name was changed to Alltru. I have never wanted to do my banking anywhere else. I recently bought a new car and the process was so easy all the way around. They offer great rates and they keep you well informed. I love the roll-up savings account. I signed up right away and its a great way to save. I use the Zumbehl location and I love the decor and easy access. I have never had to wait very long for service either. Everyone is always very friendly there and eager to help you. Keep it up Alltru!

My experience with Alltru CU so far has been great! I've interacted with employees via phone calls, online chat, emails, video banking, and in-person, and in all cases the employees were helpful and pleasant to converse with. I find Alltru's product offering to be good, with a good checking account setup and decent rates on savings and loans. It's nice to support a local financial institution in St. Louis!

My car loan was quick and accurate according to what we had discussed. The loan officer was polite and very helpful. I recommend them and believe anyone can trust them with whatever service they provide.

Great customer service on site. They are very helpful and the location is always tidy. I wish their phone service was the same. It is almost impossible to get a hold of a human being on the line.
Amendment: I was helped by Kari today at the St Charles branch. She’s an absolute professional. She covered all my questions and helped me with my account. She has a very positive attitude. Give this lady a pay raise or promotion!

Experienced fraud on my both my debit and credit card, because of DoorDash. I canceled my Dashpass subscription but they were still charging me. I even talked to someone on the phone who said my account was canceled and I needed to talk to my bank.
So I went in to talk to someone and they told me they can pretty much guarantee I’m not getting my money back.
I was then told to cancel both my debit and credit accounts and open new ones, so I did. It’s been over a month and I still have NOT received a new credit yet. Absolutely ridiculous.
