I have worked with Jessica Michael for a little over a month now. She has been phenomenal. When I first thought of buying a car I submitted an app. She told me she was getting off around 4-5ish but will definitely make sure I have everything I needed to buy a new car. And that she did!!! While I wasn't able to get the car that same day(they didn't have it in stock anymore) I went back a few weeks later and got the car I wanted! the dealership would not let me use Alltru as a lender as it was a weekend day... I was a little upset by this but went ahead and went through with the purchase. I called Jessica that following week and told her about this and as I was surprised, she was too! She told me we can refinance with alltru(not to mention the added warranties that the dealership added under my nose-to which, Jessica helped me out with this as well). So we did this and now I don't have to make my first payment until 10/2024!! super excited with this refinance. Would totally recommend Jessica @ Alltru!!!!

Experienced fraud on my both my debit and credit card, because of DoorDash. I canceled my Dashpass subscription but they were still charging me. I even talked to someone on the phone who said my account was canceled and I needed to talk to my bank. So I went in to talk to someone and they told me they can pretty much guarantee I’m not getting my money back. I was then told to cancel both my debit and credit accounts and open new ones, so I did. It’s been over a month and I still have NOT received a new credit yet. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could rate them lower I would! I find the bigger banks have better customer service then this CU. I've never been told so much its in your contract. Our new cars engine exploded and we are trying to repair the engine but its mandatory during this time to have full coverage. No help or delay on insurance, and they are complete jerks about it! Makes you want to let them just come collect the car or switch loans to a bank that takes better care of its customers. Stay away!!

All true has been the best full service credit union by far. With their friendly staff and their wonderful location this has been a dream come true for me a lot of other banking establishments are moving away from their brick and mortar, which makes it difficult to access your account and funds, thank you to all true for keeping their locations up and running.

My experience with Alltru Credit Union has been amazing. The loan officer, Karie, that assisted me made sure I left as an extremely satisfied customer. She went above and beyond to make sure she met my needs! Everyone at Alltru was professional and friendly to say the least. Alltru provides great loan rates and outstanding customer service. I will 100% continue to bank with Alltru!
