All true has been the best full service credit union by far. With their friendly staff and their wonderful location this has been a dream come true for me a lot of other banking establishments are moving away from their brick and mortar, which makes it difficult to access your account and funds, thank you to all true for keeping their locations up and running.
My experience with Alltru Credit Union has been amazing. The loan officer, Karie, that assisted me made sure I left as an extremely satisfied customer. She went above and beyond to make sure she met my needs! Everyone at Alltru was professional and friendly to say the least. Alltru provides great loan rates and outstanding customer service. I will 100% continue to bank with Alltru!
WORST CREDIT UNION I'VE EVER USED. DO NOT USE THEM. I pulled money from an ATM a month ago, my account reflected it. It showed the next day that it was pulled. Everything was fine. Still showed it a couple days later. Somehow I get an ATM charge on my account today going into the negative.... the day before Thanksgiving. They said they credited my account the money I withdrawn from the ATM a MONTH AGO, and just charged me for it today. WHAT BANK DOES THAT?! I pulled money from the ATM a month ago and shouldn't be charged today for it. It reflected and posted on my account y'all should have LEFT IT ALONE. The a whole other issue I have is that they turned my card off even after I replied to their text that a charge was mine. You know how embarrassing it is to get your card declined after standing in the long holiday lines?? They keep blocking transactions that are ridiculous to do it to. Who declines a Microsoft Xbox subscription month after month even though I keep replying yes its me? It's Microsoft, a known company. That's just an example of many. There's plenty of times the online banking is incorrect. I've logged in and it says I have $45, go to pay for my tow truck and it's declined, log right back in and my balance magically changed to $12. Within 5 minutes. But showing no pending charges or new posted charges. There's plenty of times things do not match up and they can't seem to get it right. They have inconvenienced me enough. I will be moving all my money and closing the account the moment our paychecks start going into our new bank. I can tell the difference between this little unknown institution VS First Community. Had them for 13 years and never had issues like this..... EVER.
Opened a savings account about a month ago. I received my first paper statement, not knowing that there is a $3 fee per month for paper. I went to the credit union and instead of assisting me in setting up a paperless account, I got a pamphlet on how to set up. So, I went to set up my paperless account and got as far as creating a password and the online system would not allow me to do so. Very weird as I have set up accounts with other financial institutions in the past. I tried over a 3 day period and finally gave up. Going in on Monday to close this account.
This is my family's financial institution for 2 reasons: 1. it's local 2. we have a great experience in the branch and using the mobile app It's so easy to make an appointment to get things notarized. My kids loved their CUbby accounts and prizes for $10+ deposits. As they become teens they are so excited to have debit cards.
