My local branch has the friendliest staff. Even when I go for shared branch they ask is there anything else they can assist me with? I’m a new member, and I love the salutation with your name greeting every time. Customer service goes a long way with me. This credit union offers good rates on cd’s too. I really like being a member at my local AllTru credit union.
Received great service from Matt via telephone then Nadia via video call. I actually talked to real people and not machines. What a great way to bank!
I was happy that I was able to secure an auto loan with Alltru CU especially during this time that most financial institutions offer rates 5.99% or higher. One thing I know, Alltru is the only one offering 4.49%. Loan application was easy! No need to go to a branch, I just completed the application in their website. The next day, one of their associate contacted me to confirm and complete the application. Breanna was so helpful and assisted me throughout the process. She also informed me that my rate went down after signing up for autopay and first payment was deferred for 90 days. I got my tesla without any issues during delivery day. I highly recommend Alltru CU!
It will be nice if they fix the ATM. 10 minutes at drive thru for a 1 minute ATM transaction. Credit Unions used to be better than banks, but if you don't keep a lot in your checking, I would recommend Chase Bank. You forgot to make a deposit or transfer and log in you will receive a NSF charge here, at Chase you'll see a negative balance and you will be able to rectify your mistake and it won't cost 29.50 + fees from the receiver of your payment.
l have been a member of Alltru since it's inception as the Aerospace Credit Union and continued through the other organizational changes. The quality of service has never changed and the employees have always been helpful.
