Alternative Funeral and Cremation Services has assisted our funeral home with transportation services to Colorado on multiple occasions. Their service is impeccable, reliable and loving. As a funeral professional myself, I wholeheartedly recommend Alternative Funeral and Cremation Services to anyone in their service area. A special thank you to Angela, who shines brightly every step of the way, and treats families with beauty and grace.

They took care of my mother with respect and grace. They were with us through the entire process, answering all the questions we had and making sure every detail was covered prior to her Cremation. Thank you Ken for all you did for our family. We appreciate you so much.

Darren was simply fantastic in helping us sort through the process of cremating a very old friend. We can't thank you enough!

Very thankful for dignified representative in collecting my mom's body at the nursing facility she was staying in. They wheeled her out covered with a beautiful quilt. The next morning we met with Karen at the office and she couldn't have been nicer and more helpful and personable. The prices were extremely reasonable. Very grateful for this place. Highly recommended.

I was extremely disappointed in how my family was treated, how my brother looked, and with the quality of the equipment used. The biggest issue I had was being told by the funeral director at the family cemetery that we needed to, "Get in our cars and leave." 5 minutes after the end of the service. My brother has younger children that needed a little more time, even I needed more time! That is unacceptable. They did not do a good job with placing my brother in the casket and he was scrunched in making him almost unrecognizable. They also did not put his false teeth in which also changes the way their faces look. Finally, my brother's remains were transferred in an older Chrylser minivan where the rollers didn't work so the pall bearers had to drag and scrape the casket out of the van. The canvas tent and flooring smelled like an old, moldy army tent. I was lucky there was a breeze at the cemetery. They also only placed one full row and chairs and one random chair under the tent. Knowing my brother has a large family shows a lack of foresight on their part. I can forgive some of these things, but telling the family bluntly to leave our family cemetery is just rude. I have never been asked to leave so quickly after the graveside services. Most directors say to take all the time you need. I would not recommend this funeral service company.
