We bought our old sectional from AF in 2022. We needed to warranty it recently. This is where it gets long but I’ll sum it up. The time between our purchase and warranty, AF had switched warranty companies and ownership. It was a complete hassle UNTIL Desiree answered the phone! She went above and beyond to get our furniture replaced. She reached out to her RGM as well as put me in direct contact with her RGM. I spoke with her several times during this course of about 3 months. She was always so kind, helpful, and understanding. Yesterday we went to the store to get our new furniture after the warranty was finally approved, all thanks to her! Highly recommend AF and especially Desiree’s assistance.

Fast and friendly!! Desiree and maxwell were helpful and so polite!! Thank you for showing and selling us the perfect bed!! So nice! The store was so nice. We will be back for our sectional soon!!

I was asked to change review. I got ripped off $75.55 . I bought a floor model mattress she was supposed to give me a discounted price . She took off 60 but then added “Free “ Mattress Protector that I said I didn’t want 3x . Which this is how she gets extra sales and larger UPT. I financed this through their high interest rate company. When I realized I was over charged I asked for a refund she said she didn’t know how to change a closed ticket . Which is all lies . Offered a store credit or like a 50 dollar rug . But I couldn’t redeem it for weeks till the sale started for going out of business. And I would have to purchase even more . She did call say the couch I liked would be on sale but again no discount I would receive 35 % off but then have to buy a protection plan and donate to St Jude so again another scam ! And I am out 75.55 ! Totally don’t recommend this store or Desaraee . The products are good , but unethical management and employees! She did straight lie she said they were running a promotion which her co-worker told me that she likes to add them on and she discounts somewhere else off the ticket . So if you have purchased from here double check receipt you were most likely scammed too ! Maybe only 5-15 bucks but at a 167% interest rate that adds up big time ! Or that’s still hours at a job instead of hours enjoying your furniture!

Went to 4 different furniture stores in the STL area this morning, first time in American Freight! They were out of stock in the couch I wanted but Curtis made it happen! Can take home today and great pricing for protection plan. Excellent and very friendly prompt and helpful! Excited about my new couch!

I bought a twin topper here and what a deal! Just what I was looking for and now makea the bed bearable. The staff was so friendly, I could have sat down with them and had good conversation and a cup of coffee. I will return here 1st before another furniture store. Thanks Desiree and Max.
