We bought our old sectional from AF in 2022. We needed to warranty it recently. This is where it gets long but I’ll sum it up. The time between our purchase and warranty, AF had switched warranty companies and ownership. It was a complete hassle UNTIL Desiree answered the phone! She went above and beyond to get our furniture replaced. She reached out to her RGM as well as put me in direct contact with her RGM. I spoke with her several times during this course of about 3 months. She was always so kind, helpful, and understanding. Yesterday we went to the store to get our new furniture after the warranty was finally approved, all thanks to her! Highly recommend AF and especially Desiree’s assistance.

Went to 4 different furniture stores in the STL area this morning, first time in American Freight! They were out of stock in the couch I wanted but Curtis made it happen! Can take home today and great pricing for protection plan. Excellent and very friendly prompt and helpful! Excited about my new couch!

I got the opportunity to take advantage of a WONDERFUL sale. Desiree was a great help from start to finish of my transaction. She was attentive and clearly dedicated to doing her job well. It was very hot in the warehouse and she never missed a beat! Give this woman a raise and functioning air conditioning!! She is a great asset to the company, I hope you all know that! Thanks again Desiree! Highly recommend.

I’ve been looking for the perfect dining table for weeks and was overwhelmed with searching. I called American Freight and spoke to Desiree. During this phone call she answered all my questions and help me with being overwhelmed! She had me to come in the store right away and assisted me with everything I needed. Desiree is absolutely a gem to work with. She is very knowledgeable, caring, funny and goes over and beyond to assist her customers. You really don’t meet too many people like her in customer service these days! There were a few other customers in store while I was there and the way she helped ALL of us by herself is mind blowing! Each and every customer she assisted was happy and satisfied with her!! I’m grateful for calling this store!! She’s an amazing person and I just wanted to give her the credit she deserves! This world needs more people like her! Thank you Desiree!
