Ordered a keylime pie with some friends, there was two chucks of the pie on top but the rest is vanilla ice cream, same with my friends. Highly disappointed, this is my favorite ice cream place. Also the lady at the window wasn’t very pleasant.

Very upset I have to post this. Andy’s was one of my favorite places for a treat. Recently, I came by and found a hair in my custard. I called to speak with someone about this situation and the lady I spoke to couldn’t help me and seemed like she didn’t care.

I have been at this location twice and both times I had issues with the order. First time I ordered a chocolate express milkshake, I was given a plain vanilla shake. I was doing drive thru so had to get out anyway to get the right thing. A few nights ago my husband and I got concretes and his concrete only had a few pecans on top, definitely not worth the cost this time :/
