Ordered a keylime pie with some friends, there was two chucks of the pie on top but the rest is vanilla ice cream, same with my friends. Highly disappointed, this is my favorite ice cream place. Also the lady at the window wasn’t very pleasant.

Very odd experience tonight. I’ve gone to this Andy’s for at least three years, love the place, the staff is usually kind, but tonight the brunette working the window was rude. Gave her my order, she then yelled “huh?” at me, I repeated my order and also asked for pup cups, she shook her head at me, didn't respond, held out her hand for my card, ran it, then gave it back. She walked away to prepare the order, then walked back to the order window, took one of the napkins by the window, blew her nose, walked away again for 10 second, came back wiping her nose on her sleeve, then proceed to touch all the lids, straws, and spoons to give us our order. She shouted “shake” and handed me the shake. She didn’t give us any pup cups like we asked, and the touching of everything after blowing her nose (without washing her hands after) really grossed us out. Hopefully it was just an off night.

It's freezing outside ❄️ and there's a worker out here in short sleeves. They don't have compassion for their workers. Do not support this buisness

Great food and service. But why is only one worker working in the morning? Get that person some help!!!
