2.5 stars. The sales people are extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our issue was with the delivery and installation. I will preface this by saying, it is a small area to put a washer & dryer. But is do-able. My husband explained where he wanted the washer and dryer to go and the installers did not put it there. They put it where they wanted to. They did not balance the washer either. They also didn’t consider the fact we couldn’t open the washer or dryer all the way because of where they put them at. They didn’t offer or notice that the dryer needed the door to be switched. They did not ask my husband if where they put it was okay. Instead they thought it was good enough and started a practice load. So my husband was unable to check the direction or clearance of the washer door. After they left, we realized the numerous issues with the unit. When I called customer support they advised they spoke to the delivery men and the units could not go where we wanted them because the power cord, drain pipe, and water hose would not reach. Totally understandable, but if they knew that then they should have said something, but they didn’t. They further advised if we wanted to have them come back out and move it we’d have to purchase the above items on our own since they are not an appliance store but we wouldn’t get any type of reimbursement for the original parts we purchased through them. They said they could send them out to switch the doors over and move the units and would wave the $100 re-delivery fee. My husband and I ultimately decided to figure it out ourselves. Once I said that, they then said they’d give us 50% back for the power cord and water lines if we purchased new ones ourselves. My husband and I had to move around the washer & dryer (stackable) so we could open the doors up, switch one of them, and balance the washer. All of this to say, pay attention to the instillation and make sure it’s how you want it done before they leave. They don’t seem to care if you can’t use it properly, but that the job is done.

I would not recommend this store. I was quite disappointed by the disparity between what the salesmen promised and the actual experience. As this was my first new appliance, I expected the sales 'expert' to provide guidance beyond just highlighting the price differences. When I reached out for support, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, I am frustrated with my purchase and the misleading information provided by the sales team. I hope the store can improve its sales practices by providing accurate information and better customer support.

We had been to multiple “discounted” appliance store but none stack up to the selection and service(from Greg), we received by the TRUE- Appliance Discounter in St Charles! They had multiple appliances at such a good, competitive price. We will be back for future appliance purchases. Thanks again!

Armando helped me with my purchase of a new washer. He was absolutely fantastic. This was a big purchase for our family, and normally one would like some time to price shop and research models, features, etc., but we were in a pinch and needed one fast. Even though it was a quick, Armando took his time to help make the purchase effortless. I was able to get one right off the showroom floor and he helped me load it into our vehicle. Armando, thank you so much for all your help.

I purchased a laundry center, washer dryer combo, from Appliance Discounters for my business. Purchase price was less that area big box stores, salesman was very helpful and knowledgable and delivery was scheduled 6 days. Delivery men were very professional, they got the installation done quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier, I highly recommend this company.
