These people are crooks! Spent 5k on a bed frame set in august. Was told it would be delivered in a few weeks. Got headboard in September: Took till November to get bed frame and mattress. Paid extra for installation. The slats are cracked all over and not even screwed in all the way. Frame looks like it was put together by a child. Missing support beams. Bed caved in on first use. Haven’t been able use the bed over thanksgiving through Christmas though New Years. Tried contacting customer service and constantly get put on hold for hours. Was told they were going to fix it numerous times and they just don’t show up. You have to call them repeatedly, and was just told they weren’t be able to fix it till February. Would never shop here again. Plenty of other places to get furniture. Crooks!
WE ARRIVED AT THE STORE, WERE GREETED AND ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP. SINCE WE MOSTLY JUST WANTED TO LOOK AROUND THE REP LET US GO ON OUR OWN WITHOUT "SUPERVISION". WE LOOKED AROUND FOR AROUND 45 MINUTES, CARRYING OUR SMALL DOG THE WHOLE TIME, AND DID FIND THE PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT WE LIKED. WE REACHED OUT TO ONE OF THE REPS WHO CHECK THE SALES LOG AND GOT THE NEXT REP ON THE LIST TO ASSIST US. DANIELLE WAS VERY NICE, EXPLAINED THE SHIPPING PROBLEMS, WHICH TURNED OUT DID NOT AFFECT US AND WROTE UP THE ORDER. EXCELLENT CHOICES OF FURNITURE AND GREAT SERVICE. THANKS DANIELLE!! WE'LL INVITE YOU OVER TO EAT DINNER OFF OF OUR NEW DINING ROOM SET. STEVE
If I could give them negative stars I would!! Steve points out a bed that meets my expectations1. I wouldn't wait 6 months like my other furniture took to be delivered 2. Solid well made in appearance bed. I wait 2 weeks to receive the store model that didn't have a center legs structure to support even the mattress more less the person(s) sleeping on it. The guy delivers, sets up and places the box spring. I just received the mattress today and the bed bows!! I call customer service and talked to 7 different people, one whom even laughs at me!! I just spent 1k on furniture I can't even sleep on. Honor your obligation Ashley! You owe it to your customers. You owe it to me!!!!! I literally have books to support the middle of my king bed (see pics)since I wasn't given legs that hold it up!!!
Shelby and Nicole were great to work with. Very helpful and No pressure. We told them what we were looking for and they pointed us in the right direction. We bought a leather love seat that reclines. Beautiful merchandise at a great price.
This company preys on the elderly and takes advantage of them. My elderly parents bought a sofa and were offered free delivery. They declined, saying their son had a box truck and would pick the item up. They INSISTED it was easier just to deliver the sofa to their home at NO charge. The receipt (see photo) indicated free delivery however they charged them almost $300 for delivery. When they went back to the store they refused to refund the charge. They have also had the sofa for over 2 MONTHS “waiting for a part” for the sofa to even function. So they gave them a BROKEN couch?!? Just unacceptable to have such customer service that doesn’t actually service the customer. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of elderly people on a fixed income. Just sad. Please take you business elsewhere.
