Outside of paying up front before the job is done, they were amazing and fast. Came to my house after I had to reschedule a couple of times and repaired it quickly. They kept in contact and let me know when they were coming and who it was by name.

Customer Service is extremely rude. Thankfully my installer did a great job, but the Rep I spoke with certainly lost any chance of referrals or repeat business. Also, Auto Glass Fitter did not mention that my Lane keeping system would need to be recalibrated until after I called and asked them because my car over-corrected and swerved on the highway. They took no responsibility and told me to contact my insurance company.

These places say they are 24 hours,but they won't come in 24 hours,they put you on a list,and someone will get back to you.This should be advised as well,if a customer has a emergency and it needs attention that can't wait,what can we do,false advertising.

Didn’t get the email to leave a review so I’ll go ahead and leave one on google. Very professional and the technician was awesome. Called me in the morning and I had to change locations and he didn’t give me any problems with it. Showed up on time and got the job done fast. Definitely will be using this company again for any glass work I need in the future.

The installer was excellent, 5 stars! The company did not return calls after insurance referral. I finally had to call them after 4 or 5 days. Was told they would call back and confirm everything and never did. I had to call them again. I ordered windshield with 4" tint on top and they failed to send it.
