Mailings for my 1 year old car that still has two years of factory warranty left saying that I "need to act now" to avoid big repair bills. LOL. Nope. Folks, PLEASE never ever do business with this company or these other scam artists out there. They love to mail out official looking documents that make it intimidating looking to make you think you have to do this. You don't ! DON'T do business with them, and SHARE your experience with others such as these Google reviews, social media..etc. With everybody getting robocalls about the car warranty about to expire, folks are pretty fed up with anything having to do with a car warranty and not these folks are just poking a hornet's nest via mail now.
Company has no problem taking your money, but when its time to repair they find any and every reason to not pay for your claim. I was denied due to being over mileage by 1000 miles during the Covid when most repair shops are either out of service or have appointments weeks away. I was told to cancel. The only way to cancel was to write a letter. Which tools days to receive. Shameful
I bought this coverage and it sounded great. A few months later when I decided to sell my vehicle back to the dealership, I decided to cancel. When I called to cancel I was told that my reasons for canceling did not make sense and that I could not sell my truck because I was still paying on it. I was on the phone for at least 30 minutes until I just hung up because they would not cancel. They called me back and agreed to cancel. Just posting to let anyone else know. I have no idea what their device is like but if it is anything like trying to cancel then buyer be ware.
It is amazing the bad customer service skills this company has. They have been mailing me at least once a week a "notification" (kind of scary and intimidating) claiming that if I don't take the services they offer. It says: "BY NEGLECTING TO UPDATE YOUR PROTECTION PROGRAM YO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL REPAIRS OUT OF YOUR POCKET...." I called them and the representative was very rude and ended to hang up the phone on me, I called them back and asked to talk to the manager (Kevin Martinez.) who said will apply disciplinary steps toward the employee. I don't care what Mr. Martinez will do, just PLEASE DON'T MAIL ME MORE SCAM. (readers, please go to BBB and read the reviews this company has.) !!!! BE ALERT !!!!! I called them exactly one month ago, asking them to take my phone number out of their list, clearly they did not it since I'm still receiving their mail. This company "AUTO REPAIR NETWORK" are not even offering a service, they are demanding the client take their program.
Do not fall for this scam like I did. I tried to cancel immediately the next day due to already having coverage on my BMW from the dealer and they kept refusing to cancel and refund me my initial payment. They claim to record every conversation though they conveniently refuse to record when my husband successfully cancels twice. Do your research well and do not fall for their annoying, outdated sales pitch.
