All the sides to our meal were hot, but the actual BBQ meat was cold so I let the waitress know and she brought out another plate of meat.... But even the second plate was cold, so I talked with the manager and he went back to the kitchen to see what the problem was, and brought out a 3rd HOT plate of BBQ meat.... and then told me he was taking it OFF the bill!!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE, Even though I told him I would pay for it but he refused. I will DEFINITELY be going back, because anyplace that goes that far out of their way to please a customer deserves respect ♥️ The picture I added is the first 2 plates that were cold..... But the 3rd HOT plate of BBQ was just smelling & tasting too good to get a picture 🤪😁

There very few options for vegan and vegetarian people. It is sides only. All I could order was fried okra. When I use to eat meat I loved this place. With so many meat alternatives there should be some type of BBQ made for vegan or vegetarian even if you use jack fruit or other alternatives. Just my suggestion. The waitress was amazing and that was the ultimate plus for me.

First of all I'm going to say that I visited this place a little more than an hour before closing time so I believe that this may have affected the food quality. But they were sold out of ribs and turkey when I arrived which was a bummer cuz that's two other things that I always order at bandanas so I ended up getting brisket which was a $2 up charge and I got chicken and sausage. I asked for pool chicken but the chicken that I got was not pulled but the server went back and got me some pulled chicken and let me keep the other piece of chicken which really didn't mean no good because the chicken was dry the brisket was so dry it was inedible and the sausage was absolutely delicious but wasn't cut like all of the other bandanas cut their sausage so so it felt kind of cheap even though it was the same bandana sausage that I love it just the cut makes a difference. I paid an upcharge for a brisket in my shoes three combo and was upset that I didn't send it back because it was absolutely horrible. But I am determined I'm going to go back to this location when it's earlier in the day to see if I get a better representation of this location and when I do I will update this review.

The food is good and our server was friendly. The burnt ends were tender, juicy, and flavorful. The sweet potato fries have a nice crispy outside and then they melt in your mouth!
