I have two kids going to this office for two different needs. Both are doing so well and are happy with the results. I have recommended others who have loved their services as well. This is the most timely medical office I’ve ever visited. Everyone is kind, helpful, and great at their jobs. They’re very good at dealing with insurance, which makes the whole process run smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about this team and you will not be disappointed!!!

We love Bankhead Orthodontist!! They are all so friendly and easy to work with! They always get us right in and our appointments are never that long!! They always explain what they are doing and explain what you need to do to take better care of your teeth! They are great with kids!

I would definitely recommend Bankhead! The entire staff is super nice and knowledgeable! They work really well with my schedule as well which makes having braces as an adult so much easier!!

The employees are so welcoming and passionate about their work. The environment is very relaxing and makes you feel excited to be there. My experience at Bankhead Orthodontics has taught me so much about taking care of my teeth. I used to always hate going to the dentist but Bankhead has been so kind and everyone should go there!

Each and every member of the staff are friendly and kind. Dr. Alex consistently takes his (valuable) time to explain everything thoroughly. This includes proposed treatment, why that particular treatment is necessary, and what the outcome will be. I am grateful to have such caring people (Orthodontist, Nurses, even the receptionists) taking care of my children’s orthodontic needs.
