I just wanted to check the balance on a gift card I was given so I could know what to spend. The main checkout had a line that was super long. I went to the middle island, and the lady was nice, but she said she couldn’t check it for me. She recommended I check the cafe. That sounded good and the cookies looked good so I went over there. Only one person was working and she was busy with the current order. They were out of something so she had to explain that. There was someone in line ahead of me. While i was waiting two other people got in line behind me. I stood there about 5 minutes and no one else was helped or addressed, so I just left. I don’t wanna spend it online and waste what could only be 5-10 bucks on shipping. I guess I’ll try again but Idk when the “slow times” are. I don’t mean to be impatient, but it looked like it was gonna be a 20 min thing just to see how much I have on the card and more to check out anywhere. I’ll definitely have to come back a different day.

Great kids section, tons of books. They always have all of the best sellers and I have never had issues with something not being in stock. I buy supplies for Dungeons and Dragons in here. They also have a large stock of TCG games including Pokémon. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to do some research for the children's book I am writing. Wonderful place. My only complaint is that it was freezing cold. I was dressed for the 90 degrees weather outside. Made me want to leave or cuddle up with a blanket.

Always a great time here, and if I need help, there is always someone well-read to help me pick my next favorite novel. One employee even recommended The Inheritance Games series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes- my new favorite! Trust them.

I will never not love a giant book store. Such a comfy space with lots of selections. Only problem is not having enough money in the bank for all the books/merch I want.
