I recently went there for a milkshake. The young lady recommended a delicious flavor!! Her service was excellent!!

I hate to give this location such a bad rating because all of the other times I’ve been here the customer service was phenomenal, but today it was far from that. Your employee Amber was rude at the order box and the window. She charged me for the wrong item and when I looked at the receipt she blamed me for not ordering correctly, but I did, she just misheard me. She acted rude at the window and after blaming me for ordering incorrectly she rudely asked if I wanted her to make another one. I was done and we had already waited a very long time for her to even open the window the first time for payment, so I said no and we left. I have never had a single problem at this location previously and all of the other employees have been super nice until today. Amber needs to be a little nicer.

Susan, the manager, is an incredibly nice easy-going person and a pleasure to deal with! She helps with my addiction to World Class Chocolate!🥴

Parking lot and drive-thru very awkward. High prices but usually seems high quality. I don’t visit regularly but when I do it’s usually to get a blast, chocolate fudge ice cream if available, or an ice cream cake on occasion. Sometimes the cake part is a little uneven or short, mostly ice cream. One time when I asked why cake sometimes was thinner/ shorter, the reply was that’s how it’s meant to be. It wasn’t that way the first time I got one.

Show up at 9pm on a Sunday. Hours posted say they close at 10:00pm. There are clearly employees inside with lights on sitting down on the floor hanging out. If I were the owner of this location I would think about either advertising the correct hours or getting some new employees.
