I’ve been in retail sales for a decade, and as a store manager I can tell you I’m truly impressed by the employees here. I didn’t get two feet in the door before I had a friendly employee helping me pick up my online order. Really great atmosphere!The attention from the employees to customers is phenomenally. Warm, friendly, helpful. Highly recommend. Made my store manager heart happy lol.
Did in-store pickup on a Thursday afternoon. In and out, no issues.
Some of the prices are getting very expensive. But if you are a believer in hand sanitizers they have plenty of options.
Great customer service & selection of spring products.
The mens fragrances have improved. Some items are priced high but if you catch a sales coupon in the mail, pricing suddenly makes sense. The place would get five stars if the customer traffic flow wasn't so congested.
