My husband took my Samsung phone into this location tonight. I was freaking out because I could not get it to turn on. There was a woman working there who was over and above helpful. Unfortunately, he did not get her name, but if you are looking for a great place for battery/phone issues, check them out

Came out to replace my phone. Broken screen kept me from trading it in. Service here was able to get the screen completely repaired I under an hour. Service was fast friendly and efficient. Would recommend giving them a shot!

I have been to this repair shop multiple times and have always had good results when working with Avi. However, this most recent time coming in I was handed off to another employee. I got back to the store to pick up my phone and was told me to go to the back with them. My phone was on the desk looking exactly the same and they told me “this was the guide I was using”. They proceeded to show the me the youtube video they were watching to fix my phone. she said the screws were stripped and then tried to imply that I bought my phone from facebook marketplace when I got it from an AT&T store. She told me that she was not comfortable doing the repair, which I understand, but then looked me in my eyes and said “I bet you were really excited.” Followed up with “Have a good night.” While leaving the store she said “we’re not gonna charge you”. As if there was anything to be charged for. The last several times I had been, the process usually took an hour and was fixed. When leaving the store Avi assured me that a new screen would solve the problem. Enjoyed coming in the past but will not be returning.

I purchased on line and it was ready in less than an hour for pick up. Super nice staff and quick pick up.

Needed a place to recycle a rechargeable battery from my mower. BP was an easy drop off spot for it.
