I had previously gone to a competitor to get my screen replaced and started having problems with my phone randomly powering off when I set it down. At battery's + Elaine went the extra mile to help me with my problems. The work was done swiftly and she genuinely cared about the work she did. That really meant a lot to me in comparison to the work I had done prior. I am a new customer for life! Thank you to Elane and the rest of the team for the help!

Bought battery on Saturday 6 July, with $10 core deposit. Still waiting for core deposit to be refunded. good chance I will not use then again. Was not worth the 15% savings

My husband took my Samsung phone into this location tonight. I was freaking out because I could not get it to turn on. There was a woman working there who was over and above helpful. Unfortunately, he did not get her name, but if you are looking for a great place for battery/phone issues, check them out

Came out to replace my phone. Broken screen kept me from trading it in. Service here was able to get the screen completely repaired I under an hour. Service was fast friendly and efficient. Would recommend giving them a shot!
