Baue funeral home experience was very peaceful for our family. They handled everything from the start to the finish. Everything was very streamlined, organized and classy. I would recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

Tricia at Baue on Jefferson Street was both professional and caring. The visitation, in a charming room of a historic St. Charles home, was lovely. The family really appreciated bringing some of their own food to the family room downstairs. It was a nice place to gather for family members who hadn't seen each other in a while. The chapel for the service reminded me of the interior of the small churches I'd attended as a child. Baue arranged the floral arrangements, and the acoustics was excellent. We brought in a singer. The only glitch was a few paperwork errors that Tricia corrected as soon as she got involved. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Baue.

Baue did an outstanding job on my husbands funeral. They allowed many special items to be delivered and displayed. We did not have one hiccup throughout the entire weekend. I met for a pre-planning session for myself with Barb at the Baue on Jefferson. She was very informative, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. I walked away with written info on what I needed to decide in advance, the cost of this plan, and so thankful I now have a plan in mind. But NO pushiness to buy today—so I can ponder a bit. I really appreciated her time with me.

Everyone was so kind and helpful and compassionate. At such a hard time in our lives I appreciate the care they gave us. They treated us like family.
