I prearranged for services with Baue. They were completely helpful in doing so. When the time came for my wife they were there for me and very smoothly handled everything for the requested graveside service. They were prompt and helpful in all aspects of a difficult experience. The service was conducted by Pastor Pat Rankin associated with Baue and he did an outstanding job. I will have their services for myself someday and I am confident they will handle it as well, and make it easy on my daughter. Thank you Baue. You have well deserved your reputation.

Our experience with Baue exceeded our expectations. This is not the first time we have worked with the staff here at Baue. This service was for my father who had prepaid for some of the expenses. We preferred using the St. Peter’s locations and it was not a problem for them to accommodate us. In fact, on the same day of our appointment we wanted to chose a place to bury my parent’s ashes together. Busy with a previous appointment they took the time necessary for us to choose the perfect spot. We had traveled a distance and wanted to get it all done in one day. Choosing to have his service about 10 days after his passing allowed time to prepare without rushing. Rick Ingersoll, pastor Pat and the rest of the staff were professional and caring during this time of the loss. The service went beautifully and we are so grateful for his celebration.

My family and I had an exceptional experience at Baue Cave Springs to facilitate services for my husband. They were compassionate, respectful, professional, and accommodating. We brought in many personal items to set up for the visitation, and their staff did a truly artful job in arranging an impactful path from the funeral home entrance to the front of the visitation room. Many of the over 400 visitors commented that they learned so much about my husband's life simply by walking through the display. This is the largest funeral home in the St. Charles area, which we needed. The facilities are clean, elegant, spacious, and more modern than other funeral homes in the region. This funeral home has a strong in-house AV system as well as live-streaming and recording capabilities. Their team always responded quickly and made an extremely taxing time as easy as it could be. Highly recommend trusting Baue Cave Springs with your loved one's services.

My family just used Baue for my Mothers services and I cannot say enough good things about Andrew and his team. Andrew’s graciousness and understanding helped my family pull through one of the most difficult times of our lives and he did it in the most kind, compassionate, and professional way. His guidance really helped my family hold it together and as a result, my mother’s service was even more beautiful than I could have imagined it being. In the days leading up to the services Andrew was 100% present and available for whatever my family needed. He went above and beyond, truly. His team, Erin, Kara, and Doug, went out of their way to set up the services so elegantly. Deacon Tadlock honored my mother’s life with the most beautiful words. So eloquently written and delivered. He went out of his way to add personal touches that meant more to my family, than there are words to use to explain. I am thankful for Andrew and his team at Baue. There is no price that can be put on the peace they have brought my family in such a dark time.

We had a service for my mother in law last night and Eve was incredible from our first meeting to plan everything to every phone call in between to the day of the service, she was the best! She was kind, attentive, understanding and helpful, she made a tough time a little easier. We are very grateful for her and Baue!
