The entire staff was outstanding. The bulk of our interactions were with Amy Nelson, she was extremely thoughtful and proficient. Everything was handled for us. I didn't feel the need to "take care" of things because everything was done. That made a hard day easier, I really appreciated that. Being seen and heard about our needs and those needs being met without issue.

I was here for a friend's father, the staff were very nice and they attend to their craft with care and compassion. They provide some coffee and food for the family, plenty of tissues and hard candy. The facility was very clean and the restrooms well looked after. Losing someone is never easy, but they really do their best to make it easier. Had a chance to talk to a Funeral Director, got some extra info... Their daytime office hours are 8-5 but they can be reached 24/7. It sounds like they're doing 4ish services a day so someone is usually around in the evening as well. Should you need someone at night they do have on-call staff for that. Extremely helpful and accommodating.

Hannah assisted with my great grandmother's funeral recently and she did a fantastic job! The whole service went very smoothly and was done very nicely. I was also amazed how well she drove the hearse for someone being so young. She made sure my grandmother made it to her final resting place safely.

From start to finish, the Baue O'Fallon team was spectacular. At no point did it feel like they were doing business - every decision, conversation, and moment felt like the team was there to support the family, not "put on" a funeral. Alison and Amy were top notch funeral directors, informing us of every step and gently reminding and guiding us the whole way. Brett and Susan could not have been more thoughtful in taking my father into their care and Susan...oh Susan, you are a gift. You captured my father and his wishes perfectly - we are forever grateful. Eileen, Kara, Sandra, and Tom made sure the services happened flawlessly. Amy's attention to detail was unparalleled - so many things that may have been considered small or unimportant were delivered with grace and understanding. To the team in O'Fallon - thank you.

Our family had an unexpected passing of our grandmother and through our grieving time we were in the wonderful hands of hannah. We were greeted a warm welcome and she was there through the process and made the process of grieving a loved one so much more easier. We really appreciate you so much thank you.
