I was inquiring about options for an elderly relative of mine, cremation vs. Burial, etc. Jennifer was a great help in clarifying all of my questions. While I'm still weighing all my options, i will certainly be returning to Baue for its informative staff. Thank you so much Jennifer, you've definitely taken a weight off my mind.

I recently attended a former church member's funeral at Baue Saint Charles and I found all the staff members here friendly, polite, respectful, and professional, expressing compassionate care and concern for the family and friends who attended. My wife and I both highly recommend Baue for funeral planning and services!!!:)

We had a very satisfactory experience. Everyone we were in contact with was sympathetic and compassionate and everything was in order. I wouldn't hesitate to use Baue again at either one of your St. Charles facilities. Our family on both sides has used your services for years. Thank you very much.
