I was in town visiting my daughter over Labor Day weekend and wanted my dog who was traveling with me to have some time away from her kitten. I called earlier in the week and booked day care for Saturday and Sunday and booked my golden retriever's temperament test for Saturday am. they called me just an hour after drop off stating he passed and would spend the day with the big dogs. Each day I picked him up he was happy and so tired from a great day of play! The facility was clean and the dogs all looked happy and well taken care of. I will definitely use Baxters during future visits! It is a great home away from home for us.

My golden retriever met with their trainer for an assessment. He passed the one on one, but then failed the temperament play test. They said he didn’t pay attention when he was sent to meet with other dogs. The trainer was then extremely rude to my pregnant wife to the point when she came home she was crying. My wife was made to feel like she was a terrible dog owner by the trainer.
Then when my dog came home he was immediately stricken with Kennel cough. My dog is much better staying at home and having a dog walker take him out then staying there.

Our dogs, Raider and Maui went through a 2 week board and train program with Jordan. These 2 dogs had been living in the same household, loving each other for years. Suddenly they were aggressively attacking each other and we couldn’t do anything to get them back to normal. At our wits end and on the verge of making a decision we absolutely didn’t want to have to make, we called and met Jordan. His personality and love for our dogs shined through in the first 30 seconds of meeting him. I’m happy to report that over a month after training and lots of constant keeping up with the training at home, they are back to loving each other!! We thought this would never happen again. As I sit here and look at them lay near each other on the floor, it makes me so happy. We couldn’t have done this without Jordan and the rest of the crew. Thank you!!!!! We are forever grateful!

I positive and negative aspects to this place however I found the overall environment stressful. It's a doggy free for all in a large warehouse building with a bunch of people drinking. The entire place stinks and it feels like a dog on dog disaster waiting to happen but some people love it. Personally it made me anxious and overwhelmed.

Amazing place!!!a Ashley, the trainer has helped our rescue pup so much. He came into our lives not really knowing what life was supposed to be about. He got way way too excited any time a new person, dog, or sound was around, and was so scared about new things and places. He has so much more confidence and is understanding boundaries as we work with him more and more. The time and energy Ashley has taken to help us has been 100% amazing. We would definitely recommend her as a trainer.. the rest of the staff are incredible as well. They know our pup his quirks and help him and US so much to be successful!
