They FRIED my hair off and RUINED it to where NOT a single hair stylist wants to touch it bc of the MESS. They went over blonde multiple times. I paid over 200$!!!
I reported it to Emily (the manager) she offered a free Olaplex treatment. I agreed to do so, so the breakage would stop.
I started a new job and needed to reschedule due to job changes. Not even 4 days after the other appointment she said it’s no longer available to me.
I called Emily to discuss why it’s no longer available to me and it’s bc I had to reschedule an appointment. ??? 😱
The attitude I got from the women in this store was unbelievable. I literally have brown splotches on my blonde and it’s so dry. Created the most ugly band on my hair. I’m so embarrassed and I have to wear my hair up 24/7.
If you want to save your TIME, MONEY and your HAIR, DO NOT COME HERE.
Very bad staff, all their stylists are new and have NO IDEA what they’re doing. they obviously don’t care if they fry your hair off after you’ve been growing it out for 4 years.

I absolutely love Kay R with beauty brands!!! She takes the time to really listen to what you want, and offers her own expertise to ensure you will look your best. She’s fun to talk to and doesn’t a fantastic job!

Rachel gives me the best facials! She makes suggestions to keep my skin looking it's best and educates me on new or different services available. She tells me about products that might make a difference in my appearance. And she gives me a relaxing experience.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Don cuts my hair and I don't think I would trust anyone else to cut and style my hair.

The salon & spa are great...nice staff & a large selection. The prices of the products seem high but I am not well versed in beauty products...I would never spend that kind of money, but it may be in line with other beauty places. We'll be back for the services, but will likely skip the products.
