I do want to state , the shop is UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. The previous owners are likely the reason this shop has so many positive reviews . It IS NOT THE SAME REPAIR SHOP. It’s so sad .
They had a file waiting for me to bring my car in, which gave me hope because I never got a phone call back after they were even cut a check from my insurance company. I actually had to call and schedule the repair and paint myself, keep in mind.
This is after they had been cut a check from my insurance company. Which , for the record , canceled my policy because of that claim being filed .
The car took a whole month and a week for me to get back, just for them to do the driver side of my car .
They called me and said the car was ready, and I was ecstatic, and when I went and picked it up (after paying the $550 I owed for my deductible ) the whole leather interior, as well as the entirety of the engine compartment, were coated with dust from the refinishing process.
They overlooked all of that. They also forgot to paint the rear bumper entirely.
So I had to point that out and then went another two weeks without my vehicle so they can finish the job they started and refinish the bumper. As you can see in the video, I now have runs on the side of my vehicle and rear quarter panel from their terrible workmanship.
I AM 100% for a locally owned business having success. But these people let me down, over and over and over . I cannot help but share my agonizing experience with them that literally cost me my insurance policy .
The owner Mike was very apologetic , which would be great if the world ran on apologies , or even if apologies replaced the missing dollars that my bank account is now short of from the excess in insurance premium increases I am now subject to. Not to mention the $550 I paid them for a deductible to have this lovely experience .
They were paid almost $3000.00 to keep my car for over a month and a half, and return it covered in toxic chemical dust, and runs in the newly finished surface .
The engine battery fuse was also burned up when I got the vehicle back, I’m not sure how they accomplished that but it was a fine cherry on top .
I really wanted to have a positive experience with them. It just didn’t happen. My recommendation would be to choose a different repair shop for your automotive needs .

I called on November 11, 2024 and spoke with Jessica. She was extremely personable and very professional. She made me feel that she was glad I called and that she was eager to help me! She said I could come over anytime so I came over right away. I had been hit by another driver and I had a big dent in my bumper. They got me in immediately, gave me a reasonable estimate of damages, and were very professional and courteous! Amazing service for sure!

Stopped by with our Kia to ask an opinion and the owner came out to help. Very friendly lady at the front desk and the owner was very easy to talk to and helpful. You can tell he is very knowledgeable about cars and repairs.

So, we went for an estimate due to hail damage. Employees looked at our truck and said our adjuster estimate and theirs were “about the same.” We made an appt to have the repairs completed. When we dropped it off, they said it would take three days. Three days later we called for an update. We were told it would be done, “early next week.” We called again on what would have been the fifth working day, seventh day, for an update. I was told I would get a call back with an update. No one ever called. Four hours later I called again. I was put on hold for 10 minutes when finally an employee picked up. I was told they hadn’t started the repairs yet because, “They sent us an old guy, a new guy will be here tomorrow and it may be done on Friday.” (Now 10 days after drop off) The employee tried to hang up on me but I told him that was unacceptable and I would be en route to pick up the truck, since they hadn’t even started the repairs, seven days later. He just said, okay, I’ll let them know.” When I showed up to get the truck they couldn’t find the keys. They searched and searched and found them still in the truck, parked in the grass on the side of the building. I was just handed the keys and I walked out the door. No apology for being without a vehicle for a week. No one asked if we wanted to reschedule, nothing. Do not recommend. They obviously have enough business that they don’t care about customer service.
