Would give 5 stars but they need a larger pickup sign higher up I stood in checkout line for 12 minutes I then found out I needed to go to other side . ( Is a 6 inch sign on a sign post was hard to see) the line was very slow. They had 2 workers two customers was a standstill on the 2 customers both returns Image is directly in front of pickup not when you enter was impossible to see that small sign when you walk in they have electronics blue lights everywhere your attention goes to that . The checkout side did have a checkout sign just not pick up I saw they had curbside wish I would have used that option
This is my favorite Tech store, all staff are super friendly, they are always ready to help and support, answer any queries I have and so on. Definitely recommend.
Went to purchase a TV and bought a display at a hefty discount, unfortunately it had burn in that we didn't see until we hooked it up at home. So it was not usable for what we wanted. When we called to let them know they totally understood why we had to return it, they gave a full refund and we ended up purchasing a new in box TV that we love. Everyone was accommodating and helpful.
I had to talk to a manager about my superb experience but they informed me that they appreciated hearing about this but two young men Drake with a lot of facial hair and a young Black man who didn't work for Best Buy but worked for Chrome were just phenomenal. I came here with a lot on my mind and unfortunately wasn't in the best mood with my grandson but by the time that I left I was very impressed by the helpfulness and a young lady who greeted me name Jackie made my day. Thanks BEST BUY. I'M impressed 👏
The salesman was great but once the sale was complete it’s been a mess! We ordered a stove, microwave and dishwasher. Delivery was scheduled and didn’t arrive. We called and was told the warehouse cancelled the delivery but no one bothered to call us, the customer. They eventually delivered two of the appliances at a much later date and said the dishwasher would be delivered at a later date. Two months later the dishwasher is delivered and it’s damaged so they leave it and tell us to call the store. When you call the store you only get a person at another destination who says all store calls go to him. He then tells us we have to wait 4 additional months to get the new dishwasher delivered. He suggests we should purchase a totally different model that won’t match the other appliances at all. What does he care, it’s not his kitchen!!! We ordered the appliances the first week of July, 2022 - it took about 6 weeks to get a partial delivery. Now I want to know if the people who ordered the same model dishwasher after us will be getting their appliances before us. The man we talked to today didn’t order a replacement which is what we wanted, he cancelled the order and then placed another order. In other words, we wait till everyone who ordered a dishwasher after our original order will go ahead of us. If this is what Best Buy thinks is customer service, they are sadly mistaken!!! I won’t be buying from Best Buy in the future.
