They were the only shop in town that had the phone I was looking for.
They had no INVENTORY. Finally went to Micro Warehouse and bought my new laptop.
Opened up a credit card at best buy to get the 10% rewards and then pay off the card. Our total was $6,200, they then approved our credit limit to only $4,000 which we accepted. So they drop $4,000 and the balance comes to $2,200 which I swiped my card for and all is well. After three weeks we get the statement in the mail and find out that they actually charged the new card $4,800. So $800 over the credit card limit. This will now bring our credit scores down which were almost to 800 points because we are not stupid with our credit. The store helped us fix it, we had to refund everything and repurchase it, now we just have to tell Citi bank so they can fix it from their side
Placed an order for a router at 8:30 AM for pickup. They only had one in stock according to their site, but the store didn't open until 10. I worked all day, until 4pm, never got a notification that the order was ready. Went into the store only to find out they sold my item off the shelf that day instead of pulling it for my order. When I asked the lady at the front desk for help she just threw her hands up in the air and said "It's cyber-Monday, I can't help you." Cyber-Monday isn't an excuse to refuse to help a customer that's asking where their order is 8 hours after placing it. So I went to Bridgeton instead and had a much better experience. They had the item in stock but I couldn't find it on the shelf so an employee went in the back and got it for me, and also restocked the shelf while I was there. On Cyber-Monday. Later that night another item I needed was on sale (a network switch). So I placed an online order again. This was at 6:30 pm. It's now 2 pm the next day and the order still isn't ready. I would have ordered from a different location but this location is the only one that lists the switch as being in stock. Just go to a different location if you can. Definitely don't order online from this location.
Chances are what you want isn't in stock. Even worse chance you will get someone to help. This use to be one of my favorite places to window shop. I was going to buy a laptop couldn't even get someone to answer a question about cases,etc. Bought on amazing saved 300 bucks plus 8Gb more ram. Think that wraps it up.
