This Best Buy has always been great for us, never had bad experience yet. Bought four refrigerators from them so far and dishwasher with home install, working without issues. Have 3 fridges below, one thing to understand about them that is when set to fridge temperature goes down to maximum to 37-38 degrees when fridge door is locked overnight, compared to the maximum advertised cooling degree of 35, so modern day fridges are designed to take less energy and cool less compared to the old ones, they are never designed to go down to advertise maximum cooling degree, i guess manufacturers are forced to do this now days.

Shop here multiple times a month and I bought a new gaming monitor and when I got home it was broken. No worries I took it back to exchange it but when I got there they weren’t helpful. They told me to go find a replacement monitor and I couldn’t even get help to find the same monitor I had before. I expressed it to the manager helping me with the exchange but he had no care about if I was getting what I wanted. I have also had terrible interactions with the other manager Chad. Just unprofessional and no concern for customer satisfaction. I enjoy Best Buy as a store and wished I lived closer to another store.

I had an order for pickup placed at 5:30pm tonight. Then waited until around 8:00pm with no notification. At this point, I figure I’d go pick it up myself. Drove out there 30 minutes, cancelled my pick up order and picked it up myself. It’s a visual camera ear cleaner (so the box is like that of a toothbrush). It was the only item in my pick up order. When I went into the store, there was probably 3-5 other customers in the store.
At this point, I wouldn’t waste any time placing a pick up order at this location. Best Buy has an hour window for pick up from when order is placed to when you’re supposed to get a notification that it’s ready for pick up. Obviously, this was 3 hours for a one item order.
Personally, if I were to give the store a grade it would be a F. One grade subtracted for every 30 minutes after that initial hour window that was advertised. Target is better than this with their curbside and they generally have a larger customer base on the daily to serve.

Understaffed store and unaware in the phone department. They told me I couldn't upgrade my phone because of At&t not allowing me to do so without going with an unlimited plan. After going through Best Buy's website, I'm able to get a new phone through At&t as my carrier without any problems of upping my plan to unlimited data/messaging. I also stopped in recently to pick up a item I bought online only to find out from the staff that item was not at the store to begin with. Best Buy has gone down hill and am very disappointed with how they operate. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am an elderly woman and I feel like I was financially exploited by this mid Rivers mall Best Buy. They made me agree to prices that were much higher than quoted than when they wore me down with that. A manager came over and added $148 to the bill.
This wasn’t the end of it. They gave me a 12 hour timeframe to wait in my house for them to show up to do the install. They never showed up. They never called and they made it impossible to get in touch with them. I finally got in touch with one of their offshore agents who told me that they simply were never going to show but of course they didn’t call to tell me. I don’t have the item or service that I paid for in a rude agent from mid River hung up on me name Lexi.
When I was very upset, I called the store and was hung up on by Lexi, a very rude agent that had zero compassion for humans and didn’t attempt to resolve anything. She just rudely hung up.. I will demand my money back because I’m not required to put up with this mistreatment
This is not the store it used to be. They displayed extreme incompetency and financial exploitation. They also promised to call the morning before the delivery and they never bothered to call. They left me in my house, waiting for my delivery of my purchased item and never showed up and never called. Be very aware of this company and their rude member like Lexi and the offshore agents.
