They outsource all their calls to an offshore call center with foreigners. The offshore call center is horrible and you canno't get anyone at the store to answer the phone. They made picking up an order a nightmare. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

Couldn’t be more disappointed with our experience here. We came in asking if there was any large appliance available to purchase that we could take home same day. We waited 35mins for someone to help us. They told us that nothing is stocked in store but they could check model numbers and send us to the Best Buy warehouse in St Peters to pick up same day. Long story short we were lied to and upsold to buy more expensive appliances, received dented appliances, were told we could mail in a rebate, and then later found out they lied about that as well. When I reached out to the store about the discrepancies, false advertisement, and horrible sales practices they ghosted. Will not recommend.

Just love going to Best Buy! Great product selection, very knowledgeable staff and I love the after purchase product service. If you are not a Best Buy member, you should join! It gets you early notice of the sales, you get better pricing during member only events and the tech service is absolutely the best!

I purchased a defective laserjet printer, also purchased Geek Squad protection. I spoke with them and they set up an appointment for me in the St. Peters Missouri store on Black Friday. I was expecting the worst when Geek Squad told me I had to take it over to customer service and the line was about a mile long. I expected a minimum of 2 hours. The staff at Best Buy was phenomenal at getting customers through. We were in and out with a replacement printer in under 45 minutes. The young man, Ryan who waited on is did an exceptional job and got us taken care of immediately! Kudos to Best Buy and to Ryan for an excellent experience!
