We had a great experience at Bill Thomas. When it's time to buy our next camper we will start there. I will also recommend them to all my friends and family. Dale Griesenger was a great salesman with the right amount of info and direction without being pushy at all. (Not to mention patient with our daughter). Liz walked us through out new camper and did a great job. My husband asked a ton of questions and she was beyond patient. Not to mention friendly and with a great sense of humor. Everyone we talked to was great to work with.
Best experience ever. It’s good to see some companies still provide amazing customer service. We bought a used RV, our sales person Amy was very good about pointing out the good and the potential pit falls we might encounter in the future. Then went through the RV and replaced everything that needed to be. Tires, battery, even added stuff like latch’s for the out door cubby doors. Jesse our finance guy worked with us and before I knew it we had purchased our first RV. It could not have been simpler. The day we picked up the RV the spent nearly 4 hours with us, even took us for a test drive so I could get the feel of driving a trailer. After that they took us shopping and outfitted us with everything we needed. Didn’t try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. They introduced us to the staff in the customer service department. This place is amazing. I give this a 10 star rating.
We bought a 260RD and the sales and customer service was excellent. We have had a few manufacture issues and the staff at Bill Thomas were great and timely in resolving all issue's. We would like to give special thanks to Curt for his patience and support with all of our questions . Jamie did great work on the unit . Angie was very helpful in getting us scheduled for repairs timley. Thanks to all for making it a good experience.
This is an update of my review. It has been a month since I posted this review. The response from management says that a reimbursement for the pump and shipping is authorized. It has now been a full month since that response. I have not heard from the dealer or received the promised compensation. They have all of my current contact information. Buyer beware. Six months ago today, while in route to my sister's memorial service in Florida, I came in with a minor leak in the one way valve preventing city water from overfilling my fresh water tank. The water pump was replaced. Within days the one way valve failed completely. I went through troubleshooting with service department. No improvement. I paid to send the unit back in November. I was told that there was no problem. I requested that the unit be sent back in late November. Repeated phone calls for three months requesting it be returned. Now I have to purchase another new pump and install it before I can go on the road. Sell a product, refuse to back it up, take possession of the product and then refuse to return it. I will leave it to the reader to to make their own conclusions. My only comment is: Caveat emptor (Buyer Beware!) All I want is the water pump I paid for in October 2021 returned to me. Renee has refused to even return my phone calls since February. I bought my Airstream new from Bill Thomas in January 2017. Easy to take the money for an $84K Airstream than to take care of a customer down the road.
