The staff and doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable for my son’s appointment. He needed orthodox bc he is flat footed. The appointment was smooth and easy and I was informed and aware that his insurance was not going to pay for the orthodox which wasn’t an issue. I was told when leaving our appointment that I needed to pay a deposit, which I did, and they would call me when the orthodox came in which would be about 4-6 weeks. I kept getting reminders in the mail, email, and text to pay the remaining balance, however when I called to ask about this I was told to disregard until his orthodox arrived. His appointment was in early September, I had not heard from anyone by mid-November so I followed up myself only to be told they were still processing and they would follow up when they did arrive. I finally received a call earlier this week….it took over 3 months for them to come in…and there was no communication about a delay until I reached out regarding it. Follow up was not done, but they were capable of reminding me of what I owed the entire time. Very disappointed

I was welcomed by the staff when I arrived. My wait was only a couple minutes. Dr Collins and entire staff are very professional. I have been getting care for a couple years and they have always been concerned about my wellbeing. I highly recommend this office

Dr. Collins was very thorough with my toenail issues. The work he did on them was pain free and I couldn't be more happy with the results of my visit yesterday.

I've been a patient of Dr Collins for more years than either he or I would care to admit! That in itself speaks volumes. I have referred friends and family to Dr Collins and always hear the same thing that he is kind, caring and takes his time to understand what's going on. Highly highly highly recommend.

Dr. Collins has done medical magic with the big toe and it's neighbor on my left foot. He is also very thorough with keeping my other toes healthy. I am so glad that I can now walk without pain.
