I was welcomed by the staff when I arrived. My wait was only a couple minutes. Dr Collins and entire staff are very professional. I have been getting care for a couple years and they have always been concerned about my wellbeing. I highly recommend this office

I've been a patient of Dr Collins for more years than either he or I would care to admit! That in itself speaks volumes. I have referred friends and family to Dr Collins and always hear the same thing that he is kind, caring and takes his time to understand what's going on. Highly highly highly recommend.

My appointment was at 10:30 but I didn’t get seen until 11. The staff and doctor were very apologetic and extremely friendly. He took time with me and explained everything. I had to get a shot in my foot and he could see I was nervous so he really took his time and talked to me. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends

If you're ordering anything from this place, make sure they send it to you! They will not make it easy for you to get your items unless you take a day off work. The hours on their website are incorrect and I'm the one who changed it for Google so that it shows correctly. They won't ship your items after they're at the office because "they'd have to change what they told the insurance" per a phone call with them. And! If you show up 10 minutes before they close (like on this review date 9/5, due to a job prohibiting when you can arrive) they will have already locked up and left. The after hours number isn't helpful either if it isn't an emergency. I can't take off work to pick my insoles up and have no other way of getting them!

Dr. Collins is not only a skilled professional but also compassionate. Prompt appointment scheduling and minimal wait time. Highly recommend!
