Me and my mom bought a dress from here and no one said anything about an odd return policy even though we had asked if we could return it, when we went to return it they said we couldn’t get our money back nor could we use the store credit on any brand besides the one that the original dress was from. I went in today to get a shirt from this brand and when I went to check out I had to stand there for 15 minutes while they tried to figure out why it wasn’t working just to be told that they can’t find it and I’ll have to come back when the manager is there so she can try to look it up again and if she can’t find it I’m out $50 because they can’t get their store down. They even wrote the amount on the card when we returned the dress. AWFUL Customer service and poor management. If I could give them negative stars I would.

This is an awesome concept of boutique shopping. The store is spacious and clean. Very good selections to choose from. I really enjoyed my shopping experience here.
