Really cool place to have a company party! Everything was wonderful, with one exception...the bartender. They could not have put a more surly, unfriendly individual behind the bar that day. Other than that, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Our attendees had a wonderful time and LOVED the chicken tenders. There is a lot to do here and the keep the music at the perfect volume where you can actually talk to the people around you without having to yell. I look forward to going back to Bowlero!

The kids love coming here for bowling and birthday parties. We have had many great experiences here and the staff are always friendly and supportive. Clean facilities and the bowling is pretty fun!

We had a group of 5 who bowled 3 games and played in the arcade. We had a good time and spent a decent chunk of money. When we went to leave, I took 6 arcade cards to cash in points. The guy took all of the cards and said I have 1320 points and gave me one card back and said it had 5 credits still. I grabbed a few things and took them to the counter. He asked for the card in my hand ( the one that he gave back) and said it only had 120 points on it. Then he accused me of having the other cards saying that he gave them back to me… which he never did. He began to swipe random cards in the basket looking for the cards I gave him. He was extremely rude. I said well you literally just told me how many points I have and said I’ll just take the cup and went to leave. He started trying to block me saying no you can’t take it. I put it on the counter and left. Basically the kid working just took the points. I really didn’t care about the points but for him to steal them from me and then accuse me of having the cards is ridiculous. I’ll be calling management.

Place was really nice inside, lots of cool lights in the arcade area on the games and a really nice ambience at the lane we bowled on with user friendly keypad for score keeping. I would have given it 5 stars, but the price was high. Bowled 2 games, rented 2 pairs of shoes, had one beer, one order of boneless wings and a regular order of loaded fries for 65.00 plus tax & gratuity. Looking for a weekly stop, but this won't be it. Really nice though

We walked in for my son’s birthday, on a busy Saturday (early) evening and had the best time! The GM, Greg, was manning one of the two open check-in lines, greeting us with a big smile, he seemed genuinely happy to welcome us. We needed two lanes, he found us two together (despite being pretty busy), gave us all 10 pairs of our shoes, made sure we knew how to get food and drinks and not to use the check-mark but the down arrow when entering our names. We ordered a ton of food and drinks, all of which came out correctly and FAST! All of these little things contributed to my son having a wonderful birthday. I know Bowlero’s prices are higher than other bowling alleys in the area, but Groupon gave us a great deal!
