I really enjoyed my first experience here. I got a recommendation for a drink from my waitress and she chose well. A nice tropical drink... So if course I decided to get the Hawaiian burger to pair with it! The presentation was eye catching. The burger was very good and bursting with flavor. Props for the micro greens on top. I decided to get the truffle fries instead of the house chips. They were good fries. Not too special, but done right. The atmosphere was good and felt alive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. I look forward to returning in the future.

The only thing I’m going speak to is the food. The apps were fine, but that’s where my praise ends. My Cajun pasta was covered in a THICK layer of Parmesan cheese (the cheap, powdery kind). As someone that usually asks for extra cheese, it was excessive. This I could somewhat get past, but the dessert was gross. I ordered the bananas foster and it barely resembled the menu’s description. The bananas were not caramelized, and were topped with what looked like mashed up banana that was gray for some reason, and none of the sauce that was advertised. The cooks need serious training. If I wasn’t there with family celebrating a birthday I would’ve complained in person about the food, but I can say I for sure won’t be returning.

Food was cold, service upstairs was terrible! For such a nice place and atmosphere the food and service is hit or miss at least once a year I come back to see if anything has changed. It has not. Dam it’s like being in a relationship with someone who has so much potential but just can’t get there act together.

Zavier the bartender was awesome and did an awesome job during our visit! Honestly he seemed like the only person who wanted to do their job while the 3 female servers didn’t wanna do anything except sit at the end of the bar the entire time. He welcomed us to sit at the bar and took our orders, made our drinks and made us feel welcome. He was very attentive and ensured our drinks and food were correct, and even talked to us for a bit. He’s definitely 1 to keep! He alone made our experience great at your restaurant!

Here's the deal, when you display a quality menu, you have to deliver quality service and quality cuisine. I raved to my Mom about you guys and brought her here for her BIRTHDAY lunch. You guys completely dropped the ball and we're an embarrassment to say the least!! It should not be the server's problem that your managers can not staff correctly, nor stop watching sports in order to help the 1 server available on the patio on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. You guys must like to play people and play with your money. Because not only did not deliver the menu correctly, you hiked the prices up without changing your menus. On top of that, this place was so due for a cleaning. I am truly disappointed in you Brett Hull's Junction House. Over a $100 mistake coming here, and yes I meant it when I wrote on the receipt that your server's deserve a raise, and you need to hire more staff or teach your managers to staff correctly. Get it together and do better.
