I had a very nice initial visit today. The receptionist was so helpful explaining my insurance. This was the first time using this particular insurance for a dentist. My hygienist, Randy was very pleasant and gentle. I felt so much at ease. Dr John was also very pleasant. Can’t wait to bring my elderly parents in for their appointments.

I was terrified to go tot he dentist because I was embarrassed about my teeth, Ms. Randee made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Dr John was very nice and professional and I didn’t feel judged at all. A scary experience was definitely turned to a pleasant one - I will definitely be going back !

Been awhile since I had gone to the dentist and knew that I was overdue. I went to Brookside Family Dentistry and was greeted by the service staff whom was nice and efficient. My dental hygienist, Randee was very professional, kind, and gentle. She explained to me everything that she was going to do or what I may experience while she was giving me a thorough cleaning. I went through the gambit of cleaning options and there was never a moment I didn't feel comfortable. The dentist came in and he was nice as well. I was very impressed by the staff, hygienist, and dentist at Brookside. I will be going there again. And, if you were curious, no cavities.

This is absolutely the best dentist and office staff! Easy to schedule with, caring and professional. Also, for those of you out there that do not have dental insurance, they offer an excellent in house plan for you.

My visit with brookside family dentistry was a very pleasant visit. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciate their services. I give them a five star.
