We had a free inspection and estimate on Monday 3/13/2023 and they were able to fit us in for service on Thursday of that week. So when Thursday 3/16/2023, The exterminator Jonathon came out and did a thorough job, gave us extra instructions for more help in keeping things from spreading or infesting out her places in the house, and was so knowledgeable and sweet about all the questions we had. He never got bothered by the questions, didn't just wanna rush off, made sure we understood everything and were completely comfortable and had everything under control and felt knowledgeable before he left. He was very kind and thorough. I would openly recommend Buckingham and their employee Johnathan to anyone that needs an exterminator. 10 stars to both the Company and the employee!!!!!!!

John F is so friendly! He is very knowledgeable and at ease when he works which makes you feel at ease. Very considerate of not spraying where I asked. Explained everything he was doing and gave me some extra ant traps. Nothing was rushed and he even wore shoe covers.

Great service! Dave H was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He treated 3 of our houses in a row, the 2 others being relatives. He took the time to explain how you're supposed to expect a bug spray treatment to be applied. Makes me realize I was not getting the service I should have in the past. Dave was great and this company has always been easy to work with. Thank you for the great service!

We have been using Buckingham Pest Control on a quarterly basis for years-- they are a great company! Michael came over to our home today and did a great job providing routine care and preventive maintenance. He is one of the technicians we see regularly. He is very thorough, thoughtful, and kind. He is respectful of property. He is knowledgeable about pests. Buckingham has great customer service. They are helpful over the telephone and will work with you to figure out what you need. Their prices are reasonable. Also, if we have any issues in-between our quarterly appointments, they are usually taken care of by the company (I am not sure of all the details on this-- however you could ask them), and I appreciate that they stand by their work. Thank you!
