All the staff at Budget are very friendly. The service techs are amazing, took a bit to get approval from Home Warranty company but Budget did everything they could to get us fixed as quickly as possible. Would definitely call them again if the need arises.
William and Rudy are excellent workers! They’ve performed a very detail and precise work while installing our new 40 gallon water tank! They were also very professional and answered all of my questions or concerns. Budget group has two exceptional workers on their hands.
This company destroyed my AC unit. I paid for it to be cleaned and when their technician drove a screw/nail in my compressor they refused to pay to replace it. I’m in the process of hiring an attorney. I have videos and photos showing my ac taken completely apart this really nice tech pacing back and forth because you can see he couldn’t figure out what was wrong. He left without saying he was done and then the company blamed me for asking for my ax to be cleaned. The first photo is AFTER two times their tech said it was cleaned. Yes my AC was not new, yes it needed cleaning but it worked everyday and was ICCCE cold. It wasn’t time for me to replace it. I had to spend over $3000 for a new unit and several hundred on estimates. Just because I am now getting to this review doesn’t mean I forgot. I filed my complaint with the BBB and Attorney General and are consulting with attorneys. They should have done the right thing. I am not a rich person and don’t have money to just throw away.
Matt and Dada helped sooo much today! They were professional and efficient and made sure to walk me through everything they were doing and everything I should be doing for upkeep! I will 100% be using only Budget from here on out. Thanks guys!
We have been without air-conditioning for the last three weeks! My husband and four kids have been troopers but it has been very difficult if you live in St. Louis in the middle of July to go without air-conditioning. Matt with budget heating and cooling came out to our home and found the problem, in less than 20 minutes, it seems like! He was extremely professional, and extremely knowledgeable of what was normal and what was not normal. He explained to us what was wrong, and how he fixed it! I fought back tears literally when he said that our AC would be working before he left. We did not expect him to fix it in the same day, but we were overwhelmed with joy when he said that he could fix it! I highly recommend budget heating and cooling, but even more so I highly recommend Matt. I hope he sees this and I hope that his leadership recognizes how awesome he is! Both my husband and I and Kids are most grateful!
