    Always love using Budget. We used them around Christmas as well and they ensured we didn’t go without hot water. This week our furnace went out ( it was 31 years old) and they were here the same day to assess what needed done. They then returned the next day to install our new furnace. The team is so easy to work with. They are professional their techs are professional, knowledgeable and only have good things to say about the company they work for. We worked with Gabe and Mike they were both excellent! Kaitlin in the office only made our experience even better! Thank you!

    This company will do everything to get more money out of you they tell you they have to bring everything up to code. Now after they installed the AC Unit last July they are here again. After explaining to them what the problem was they sent a tech without the pump. So two days later another tech comes out replaces the pump but I guess it wasn’t tight so water again this morning now a tech is here who is clueless and cut the tube that goes to the pump too short. What? I’m so overwhelmed with this company. I’ve already told AHS that this company is not allowed in my home ever again. The only reason they’re here right now is because this is still under warranty. We also had to get our furnace replaced and of course AHS send good old Budget Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing out this was before the AC unit going out and here they come with the same thing we have to bring everything up to code and it’s going to cost you $$$. I did the payout option and went with another company who bought everything up to code with less money out of pocket. I’m so upset with Budget and now we have water damage. Whose paying that? We are of course. I can say one thing about this company Shelly listened to all my concerns and is getting me the assistance I need, hopefully. But she really seemed to care about my concerns. I really appreciated the exceptional customer service that she gave, it made me feel better. But I know we’ll have additional cost now that we have water damage.

    Contacted the office requesting a quote a new furnace and AC unit and they sent out Keith the following day! He was very kind and willing to answer all of our questions and even provided a quote the same day with a cash discount! It took about a week for our parts to come in, the installers arrived on time and were quick to get things rolling. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new AC unit or furnace to use this company they were wonderful to work with!

    Update: got a call back from Miranda at budget and was told that I have to wait in line for my work order to be submitted because they only have one person in the office that works on submitting diagnostics and wasn’t given a timeframe, not sure how helpful that was but that was the update I was given. My home warranty company recommended them, my experience last year was great but this year my hot water went out. They sent someone out on 5/12 and he didn’t know what he was doing he told me it was fixed and that it just need a hour to warm up. A hour came and went still no hot water. I called budget back to let them know and they were rude and gave me the runaround. Then I called my home warranty company to have them come back out. No one came out until 5/27. This tech came out and he told my husband that we needed a new water heater and that he will send his findings to my warranty company. Here it is a week later still no hot water. A total a 3 weeks and counting without hot water.Spoke to my warranty company and they said the tech haven’t sent the paperwork yet. I even called the company with the warranty company and we spoke to dawn who said It would be sent over that was on 6/1 and now it has been a week and the insurance company still hasn’t gotten the paperwork and my kids and I are still without hot water. I would not recommend them I feel like they are only able to do easy fixes anything that requires hard work you should not use them.

    Dawn at the office was amazingly polite and empathetic and very attentive in scheduling a tech to handle my issue. Brandon arrived on time, very professional as well and extremely knowledgeable. Very patient and determined to get to the root of the issue. Thank you for quality service and conducting “Good Business”.
