    This company destroyed my AC unit. I paid for it to be cleaned and when their technician drove a screw/nail in my compressor they refused to pay to replace it. I’m in the process of hiring an attorney. I have videos and photos showing my ac taken completely apart this really nice tech pacing back and forth because you can see he couldn’t figure out what was wrong. He left without saying he was done and then the company blamed me for asking for my ax to be cleaned. The first photo is AFTER two times their tech said it was cleaned. Yes my AC was not new, yes it needed cleaning but it worked everyday and was ICCCE cold. It wasn’t time for me to replace it. I had to spend over $3000 for a new unit and several hundred on estimates. Just because I am now getting to this review doesn’t mean I forgot. I filed my complaint with the BBB and Attorney General and are consulting with attorneys. They should have done the right thing. I am not a rich person and don’t have money to just throw away.

    The guy showed up. Both of them are very polite did not mind me watching them working and answered all my questions even down to the simplest ones. Both guys went above and beyond to get my families house back up and running with the new system. I highly recommend using this company for your HVAC system for service or replacement. I give both the gentleman two thumbs up and an A+ for there hard work.

    Had multiple issues with Plumbing. Brandon from budget was right on time very efficient, professional and got the job done.! I am very pleased with the results and will use them again.

    Had a very positive experience with Budget Heating and Cooling. Technicians Matt and Ephraim in particular. They didn’t give up and worked to correct the problem with my furnace! They were timely and professional - Explaining in detail the process. Highly recommend them!

    I have worked with Budget multiple times in the past few years through my home warranty company. All of my experiences have been positive professional and prompt to date. The representatives I’ve spoken with about scheduling have always been pleasant, courteous, and professional. The technicians have been knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. They have always in the past given me two phone calls with estimated timing of arrival. One call from the technician letting us know they are at their previous maintenance project, then one automated call when they are on the way. They have arrived as early as 10 AM and as late as 5:30 PM on previous visits. Today I did not receive a call from anyone giving us notice of their arrival until the automated text message which gave me less than 15 minutes to get home and ready for this visit. After my 15 minute warning, a new technician named Andrew came over and he was extremely patronizing and aggressive. Within 5 minutes of being in my home he picked up the dirty furnace filter and shoved it in my face while smacking his hand on it to shake dust in my eyes and mouth. While doing this he shouted “WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE TO YOU!? Clogged!” I immediately turned and went back up my stairs to rinse off my face in the sink. Andrew followed me upstairs and proceeded to attempt to scam me by telling me that the services he was going to complete on my furnace are not covered by any warranty or by his company Budget, and that I will have to write a check to HIM DIRECTLY for his work. At this point I sat down in my living room in an attempt to de escalate the situation. However Andrew continued to get more antagonistic about what “I need to do”. I was genuinely afraid due to the aggressive body language at this point so I asked him to leave. He instead went back downstairs into my basement and I decided to go outside in case I needed to run to my neighbors house for help. He came back upstairs and stood in my doorway, while I was outside, as I asked him multiple times to “please leave. Please get out of my house. Please get off my property” before he eventually stormed off. I have never encountered such a frightening situation in my own home. Again I have had great experiences with multiple budget technicians to date, until I met Andrew today. As a single women who is willing to hire strangers to come into my home I would like to trust that companies like Budget complete thorough vetting processes on their employees. Again, Budget has been great on all previous visits, and I have worked with many kind and honest technicians through their company. I believe that Budget has reasonable background checks & vetting processes for their employees but it certainly seems like one bad seed has slipped through the cracks.
