Leadership has gone down hill in the last month. It has cost some of the most beloved staff that my kids have loved. So sad to see good teachers and administrators leave in such a high quantity. If it weren’t for some great teachers still being there I’d give it a 1 star review. The new director hardly interacts with the parents because she is hardly there. Hope the leadership improves quickly.

My son Teddy has been going to Cadence Ofallon for 9 month. We could not have asked for better staff and teachers. He has grown from a really difficult child to a well structured and happy toddler. He gets up in the morning and wants to get ready to go see his teachers and friends. From the directors Maggie and Debbie to his favorite teachers Ms Holly, Ms Bria, and Ms Taylor, (as well as others) my son will be truly set up for both kindergarten and life better due to his time with Cadence Academy. My peace of mind and mental health has been better since knowing how well he has been taken care of. During a bad weather event the teachers updated us online and kept all the kids calm and safe. My son even slept through it in the safe area! I cannot say enough about his care with Cadence. There is nobody better out there in child care. They follow guidelines of childcare to the T. You hear them moving kids between classrooms (due to teacher to child ratios) with both the child’s mental health and safety in mind. For example, if they see a child is struggling they will have a teacher take that child on a walk or help calm down by reducing the stimulus to best meet the child’s need. The directors will come and help if a child is struggling to comfort the child. I have seen this! Ms Holly is a wonderful educator as well. She really knows toddlers and child development. They know each kids individual needs specifically and each parent’s preferences. It’s amazing how personal the care here is. If you’re debating between here and somewhere else, choose cadence! Also other daycares there can be so much turn over in staff. My son has had the same teachers the whole time. I also haven’t seen very many new faces. Thank you Cadence for everything you do for us!

Cadence Academy is an amazing school and daycare! Their staff is not only loving and caring towards the children, but also professional and well educated! Their curriculum is fun, creative and well organized. My granddaughter has blossomed in her social, educational and independent skills! I would highly recommend Cadence Academy to anyone looking for a safe, clean, fun and educational daycare for their child!

Cadence Academy Preschool in O'Fallon is a wonderful place for children! The staff creates a very warm and loving environment, which makes learning happen easily. My oldest was MORE than prepared for kindergarten this year, and I love the fact that even my youngest (5mos) is doing circle time and art each day! My children look forward to coming to school each day to see their teachers and their friends :)

I would absolutely recommend Cadence Academy to anybody looking for a high quality education with teachers that adore and love their students. Finding adequate childcare is extremely hard, but since moving to the area in 2020, I have never once regretted my decision to be a part of this community. My daughter has had the pleasure of having 3 AMAZING TEACHERS, Ms. Diana, Ms. Tricia, and Ms. Nussi. All three of them have loved on my daughter since the first day and because of them my daughter wakes up in the morning rushing me to take her to school. Ms. Maggie and Ms. Deb have created an environment that ensures parents are supported and students are educated and loved. I knew that Cadence was a special place the day that I heard Dakota call Ms. Nussi mom, and the many times she calls me Ms. Nussi. She feels safe at school and loved, which keeps her wanting to go back every day. Academically, my daughter is beyond her friends that attend other schools because her teachers go above and beyond in preparing them to be successful in school. Ms. Maggie and Ms. Deb have excellent communication skills and if you ever have a concern they are there to listen. Thank you Cadence Academy in O'Fallon for everything you do and even if I were to relocate, I would look for another Cadence Academy.
