It was my first time ever getting cosmetic damage fixed on my car. They had my car done earlier than expected and it looked great! They kept me informed the whole time and called if they had questions! I would definitely recommend this place!

I can't believe anyone would give this place a good review. The NPCs at the front desk gave me a death glare when I walked in, were very rude, and didn't even ask about the damage before telling me the only option available is to set up an estimate appointment. I just wanted a 2 minute opinion on a very small ding. 2 stars because I'm sure "they're just doing their jobs" and this is probably the procedure they follow. I will take my business somewhere a little more friendly. Unacceptable customer service.

I had my car damaged in September of this year. Most shops in the STL area were booked to not even have an assessment done until late October, early November. I was luckily able to happen upon this Caliber location during a business trip through Wentzville. I called and they were able to get me in for an assessment the very next day. Got the Vehicle back early December but I have 0 complaints because the industry as a whole is having a hard time getting parts in for vehicle repair. I also know if I hadn't gotten lucky and got in when there was availability, instead of driving my vehicle happily now already early December, the other shops would have easily been January or later.
100% highly recommend!

If there was i would give this place 0 stars.
Very poor customer service. Feels like it was a burden to go to o fallon shop.
1st. I was told with my insurance to go for inspection went checked the car they told me my date for drop off will be Aug5th but never got call I had to call to check with them which they told will be calling next day. Got schedule for 3 weeks later. When dropped off the car was told will get a call never got that but got updates on message. After few weeks the person who was handling my car name was change to some other person no call for change or explanation. Got call after almost 3 and half weeks that will be receiving car that day but location is changed. How can you move my car from one location to another without informing the owner that's not right. I had to drive 30 minutes to get to another location that's not a problem but you need to let me know ow and provide explanation why it was moved still no explanation regarding move. Other location I had to ask to call person who was taking "care" of my car to come and show me what they did and that was so brief no details I need to ask them what you guys did. I had to show them that air pressure light is on so he took the car filled air and brought back saying if light comes back need to call insurance company to start another ticket for tire or sensor not sure what did you do at first. Very very bad experience I will rather go to local garage and get things done instead of going to "Caliber Collision " very poor.
