I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle back to car max for issues. My issues are all cosmetic and I don’t have been back twice and now I’m going back a third time because it’s not right. Only problem is the 18 miles they take the vehicle this is how car max employees drive your vehicle I average between 18-22 mpg and their employees wide open throttle it and do 80 plus in a customers car… the 8 warnings are above 67mph which max speed is 60. Carmax response is oh you can return it… no I don’t want to return it, and I definitely don’t want your drivers driving it like this. If vehicles were available if highly recommend going elsewhere. I will say customer service for the service department is great but I don’t know about their other fellow employees aka Drivers, window tint repair place, etc

Great experience. Was there less than 2 hours to look at a vehicle, paperwork and driving it home. Definitely recommend to anyone that is wanting to purchase a vehicle. 06/11/22 took my daughter and her fiancé to carmax. Had an amazing experience. My daughter and her fiancé bought their first newer car

Got a quote for my Car online then set up an appointment. Everyone was very courteous and process was outstanding. We took it in at the appointed time and less than an hour later we left with a check in the original quoted amount. No haggling or issues. I was fast and efficient. Highly recommend.
