I am a new customer of Christian Brothers Auto but will definitely be returning! My boyfriend and I both had appointments over the weekend for two different services, no only did our vehicles get in at our appointment times, the gentleman that helped us was so kind and incredibly helpful and our services were completed quickly so neither of us had to be without a vehicle for long. The prices are reasonable as well. I think what really topped it for us though is that my boyfriend received a call today making sure we were both happy with our services and we didn’t need anything else! Obviously they didn’t have to call but it was so thoughtful and amazing customer service, we will definitely be doing business here going forward!
I really appreciate Christian Brother for my automotive needs. Their diagnostics are very transparent. They sent an email with pictures that had notes and diagrams of their suggested repairs. I received the email about 20 minutes before they called to discuss. This allowed me to look everything over and be ready to ask clarifying questions so that I could make the choices I needed based on urgency. I felt in the loop and in control the entire time my car was in for repairs.
Christian Brothers not only takes care of your vehicle but has impeccable customer service....all for a reasonable price! We've taken multiple vehicles there for a variety of services and they never disappoint. Most recently I had a roadside emergency and they were quick and kind in a high stress situation for me! Highly recommend! Thank you Andrew and Doug and everyone else who had to deal with me as a needy customer!
They fixed the problem quickly and professionally. However, I did not appreciate their sales tactics. When I picked up the car, the cost of the service was more than $300 higher than estimated. 1. They recommended replacing more than necessary costing well over $3000. I had to ask if we could start by replacing the less expensive part, and if that didn't fix it then replace the more expensive part. Turns out the less expensive part fixed the issue saving me over $2000. 2. When I asked the estimate to replace the less expensive part, they only quoted the price of the part plus the labor of just the part. They didn't include the other necessary fluids and labor to flush/bleed the lines ($157), the diagnostic fees ($135), or shop supplies ($40).
This was the second time I have been at this location and I was overly impressed with how I was taken care of. They not only fixed the issue I brought the car in for but found an additional issue I was told was unrepairable by another shop, fixed it too, and was able to apply my third party warranty to cover the cost all before the end of the day. Super helpful and I very much appreciate the transparency when it comes to the severity of issues and the cost of repair. Highly recommend.
