Everyone at Clarkson Eyecare Wentzville was so incredibly helpful for my daughter and myself. My daughter had her first eye exam and glasses purchase. We received top notch customer service from start to finish especially from Pamela. She was wonderful!
Great experience and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The Doctor spent extra time to make sure my prescription would meet my work needs along with daily life. Expansive eyeglass selection. Highly recommended.
Very pleased with Dr. Jessen and her bedside manners. However, the staff payment protocol lacks extreme luster. Customer service is non-existent! I ordered glasses on my first visit, wrote up an estimate and 2 weeks later they could not locate the estimate. I waited 24 minutes on the phone and once found, I went round and round trying to make a partial payment on glasses that I couldn't because they don't accept partial payments. All this time could have been avoided had I been initially informed that full payment is only acceptable. I will definitely NOT go back or purchase ANYTHING from Clarkson.
I was fortunate enough to get a same day appointment and it was truly the best experience I have had ay an eye doctor appointment. Everyone from the front counter to the Doctor were very knowledgeable and very kind and considerate, both Doctors I saw took the time to explain what is going on with my eyes and helped to put my mind at ease I would like to say that Pam helped me pick out my glasses and do all the measurements, she was great, she helped me so much and I just wanted to give a shout out to her, she is an asset to Clarkson EyeCare! Thanks again Pam.
They were all so patient and friendly. They took great care of my kiddo when my wife brought him in last year and it was no different for me. I recommend anyone to go there. They were also cross training an employee and teaching them a new roll. It’s nice to see a company promoting from within. Another big thumbs up.
