The doctor is fine. The staff is terrible. I would not give them any stars. They are very unprofessional and rude. Make sure to note all other reviews and the fact that they are more expensive. We will not be going back or recommending them to others.

First time at Clarkson in years. Liked the eye doctor. She answered all questions, did not rush. The woman who wrote up our order did a great job of helping us with all our needs.

I thought the doctor did a fine job cost for the visit is about what I paid for other offices visits in the past. My issue was the cost of glasses and contacts. Was quoted $ 459 for lenses and That was with my insurance paying for all the frame. The contacts were quoted at $141. I eventually took my script to another place and the lenses were $168 and the contacts only $80. Sorry not going to be back.

Great customer service from entering to exiting the door. No pressure sales. Knew my insurance benefits to help make decisions.

Very professional and friendly staff. Doctor was nice and very knowledgeable as well. Second pair of glasses a bit pricey even with 50% off discount.
