    Quick and thorough service! Dr. Bollinger listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. He was great at explaining everything he was doing and letting me know what to expect at each step of the exam. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend

    Terrible customer service and poor communication. I called to schedule a procedure for my husband and talked to the office twice prior to the appointment, both times mentioning what my husband needed. When we got there for the appointment we went through the receptionist, the tech, and Dr. Bollinger telling each person what we were there for. After the Dr came in and spoke to my husband, the tells doctor tells my husband he is not licensed for the procedure that we had the appointment for?? My husband says then why am I here? Why wasn't this mentioned by the two phone calls and two employees prior to making it to see the actual doctor? My husband got up to leave and met me at the reception desk where they proceeded to try and collect our co pay and bill our insurance for NOTHING. I called Clarkson corporate customer service right away. She apologized and said she would take care of it. She understood no service was rendered. 5 weeks later we get a bill. I call back to corporate and the South office and they say it is fraudulent to not bill us since my husband was there - even though nothing was done! We should have never been scheduled here in the first place when we needed an Ophthalmologist. Every staff member should know the difference in what services they provide before scheduling a patient. To me it's fraudulent to charge for services NOT rendered.Michelle G

    The personal attention, time spent, explanations of procedures and diagnosis are very appreciated. Honest opinions on deciding eyewear was a fun experience and I am very happy with my purchase!

    Spent $300 WITH insurance on glasses and they don’t come with any glasses cleaner or microfiber wipe? Process felt rushed and not very personal at all. Also the store is very bland, two giant blank walls when you walk in. Something must be up with management/ownership. My optometrist was nice however, no complaints there I just expect more when spending so much $$, I would’ve went to Walmart eye center instead had I known.

    I will never go into any Clarkson again. The staff lies to you about what your insurance covers, then they wont sell you any glasses unless you agree to a $40 upsell for UV coating whether you want it or not, regardless of whether or not theyve agreed with your insurance to provide 1 pair for free. Theyre CONSTANTLY trying to sell you more, while never divulging price until youre almost out the door. They're committing fraud, and don't care. Worst doctor experience of my life. Go there if you wanted to be treated like a wallet with zero brains, by petty chubby women. The optometrist is nice enough, but if you're complicit in manipulative sales practices and outright fraud, you're just as guilty. I tried to resolve the issue, and they said, "too bad, you're not getting anything"... over forty dollars. Well, that's one way of doing business, and I hope they go out of business. What a joke!
