Dr. Stewart is knowledgeable and caring. She takes the time to explain everything and to answer any questions you may have. I would recommend her to family and friends. The staff is also helpful and pleasant. I’ve never had to wait very long and they are always available to do adjustments on my glasses.

Was able to make a same day appointment and was delighted at how quickly they got me in and out. The young lady helping me was very kind as was all other personnel. The adjusted my current glasses as they were from there also as one of the wires was loosening. Felt very well taken care of. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. I asked to be placed in a different brand of contact lenses after the first trial, I was experiencing redness & watery eyes. They said they couldn’t issue a new trial without the Dr, and I offered to wait. She appeared out of her office twice, no acknowledgment or help, and I asked for a refund and asked to be set up with a doctor from another location for Clarkson. The staff was calling asking for a contacts appointment ( which is over complicating, I just need a new brand/ different trial) and they even warned me I would be charged for the service. It’s not worth the hassle of scheduling to receive this unfriendly & unhelpful of service. I arrived at a non-Clarkson Center directly after leaving above mentioned location, to find my prescription is .75 strength off and was given the trial pair I needed. I have been in contact with the corporate office to formally complain with the Optometry Board. I do not recommend being seen for contacts or eyeglasses here. While I was waiting, several other costumers were in the office staying they had blur even after the new prescription arrived. So the exam apparatus definitely needs recalibration.

They treated my daughter with care and compassion. She was nervous about potentially needing glasses but the staff worked with her and even offered suggestions on what frames they thought would be best. We walked out very happy with the experience. While there we watched a man who must have been having a bad day talk very aggressively to the staff but they handled it beautifully. The staff was wonderful. We will definitely be returning.

Needed an annual that had been missed for a while. Great staff, personable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. The Physician was awesome in explaining every detail. She was amazing.
