The visit was fine, but here I am at a month later, and my simple, nothing special glasses have not shipped yet! Called after two weeks and was told should be next week. Called again after third week and told the same thing. The person said shipping takes time. A month? Are they having them made over seas and shipping them by boat? My wife used a different place and got ger glasses in a week. They won't be getting my business again.
Family of six have been going to this location for over 10 years. Visit 2 weeks ago will be last one. Staff has gotten horrible. Intentionally tried to give my daughter the wrong prescription of contacts for "trials". "Well it's only one step difference" um, no. That's not how that works. Had to get the doctor involved to get the right prescription. Staff acted more like it was a timeshare sale than a medical office. "Hey look, it would be this price, and here's an insurance allowance and then you get this rebate so it's only this..." It was a lie. No rebate available. Pointed out that under the insurance plan there was also supposed to be a discount. Wasn't applied to the purchase. No discussion with the doctor of the prescription change, no discussion of anything, (had to find out from the "staff" that the prescription was better not worse), very, very rushed and underwhelmed.
They were great at first but they couldn't get my progressive glasses adjusted correctly. When I brought them back they were only slightly rude but the 3rd time I brought them back they were extremely rude. I was told they couldn't fix them so I had to choose a frame exactly like my previous frames. After visiting an other optometrist I discovered they lied to me. I'm NEVER going back.
Dr. Tina Dunkin always Exceptional in every way: caring, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. She is truly the best in every way!!
Wowza, the staff at this location, they went above & beyond to make my experience a positive one. Very quick. Walked in about 5 minutes before my appointment, signed some paperwork, and started eye tests. Jamie was awesome, Erika was a delight. Dr.Dunkin is very thorough & had my best interests/health in mind. No questions unanswered or issues unaddressed. 27 stars out of 5!
