    In reality, I made this appointment by accident. It was supposed to be with a different doctor. It was the best mistake I have made in some time. The staff were warm and knowledgeable, and Dr. Dunkin was marvelous. Additionally, the staff found the best way to work within my budget. I have a new eye care facility!

    Dr Dunkin is attentive to all of my questions, professional, compassionate, and explains in detail issues that are easily understood. Not only is Dr Dunkin amazing, the staff at this location is top-notch as well. Thank all of you for everything you do

    This location discriminated against my Nana who has an onset of disease that makes her agitated..firstly they got her prescription wrong and she dealt with headaches for 2 weeks and she was not only denied service but told she could not come bk after 10yrs of service with them. Anyone can get upset especially as we get older..you are a medical facility, you are going to be subjected to failing minds. She doesn't have another facility to go to and now she is without glasses..Jennifer Cranston you have no compassion for the elderly..the same elderly that keep this company profitable.

    The staff was friendly, the doctor was friendly. I ended up ordering two pair of glasses costing $578.13. I picked up one pair already and am waiting on the other pair. I put the pair I picked up on (progressive no line lenses, i.e. bifocals) and the left lens is great. The right lens is blurry to see distant and to read. I will be calling the office when they open today to inquire as to how they will proceed in correcting the issue and as to the status of my second pair. Almost $600? I will edit review after speaking to them.

    I feel sorry for my family member that has been shamed and punished for her medical condition. I even called the district Mgr who also kept the same compassion less attitude..so if you or a family member has dementia or similar do NOT GO HERE they will make them feel shame and embarrassed which is sad. They are already going through so much. Shame on manager JENNIFER CRANSTON for not having understanding for the ELDERLY. All we asked was that her glasses be done right instead they told her she could not come back...heartless. my family member is beside herself for something she could not help..
