Not only did Clarkson Eyecare get my prescription wrong for my glasses, they couldn’t get my prescription right for my contacts and refused to give me a refund. When it came time a year later to get a new eye exam, suddenly they were willing to give me a refund from a year ago. Then, while suffering from a back injury, I called to tell them I was running late. They told me if I got there within 15 minutes of my appointment time I could still get in for my appointment. So I rushed out the door despite great pain from a back injury, jumped in my car and prayed to make every light. Luckily I did and I made it inside right at 15 minutes from my appointment time. But to my surprise, I was told with great pleasure that “it’s 15 minutes past your appointment time and you’ll have to reschedule”. I was absolutely shocked on top of my pain, and frankly, done playing their games. Give them your money if you must, but you’re just a number to them.

knowledge, fast, efficient & on target with services. The exam used latest technology.. Dr. Duncan is a pleasant physician with a great chair side manner. the glasses and their protection plan is a good deal!! received exam and bought glasses 3x over the last 8 years’. they have also repaired and tightened my favorite glasses twice without a charge.

Dr Tina Duncan is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. She is very thorough and has a great comforting manner. I have full confidence in her as it relates to my eye are.
